"Riches in this world does not necessarily equates God's blessing."

Most of the time, "Sin" masked in the form of comfort and trouble-free life.

Hiding under the rags or subtlety of the so-called fame, quasi-freedom, bliss and euphoria.

A looming scepter, like a prison cell wide open where you can enter freely to enjoy; giving your best efforts to consume every piece of it until you drop – sadly, it shuts before you know it and there's nothing else you can do because - it's too late.

The scripture greatly warns us, "befriending with the world, is to make yourself God's enemy." Twice mentioned in James 4:4 a profound emphasis of its horrendous catastrophe.

A clear cut is also seen in 1 John 2:16, "For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world"

On the other hand, wealth is not tantamount to evil, but fondness towards it opens the gate for destruction. (cf. 1 Tim. 6:10)

Musing and scrutinizing on the matters surround us is important, as it contributes to our journey.

While it is true that God is all-powerful, omniscient who sovereignly rules in the life of every individual, yet we’re utterly responsible with the life choices we make - specially when it is bad.

A Christian logician once said, "it doesn’t mean God knows the sin/s you will commit in the future, does mean He is the one who causes you to do it."
There’s a great difference between causing and allowing, ponder upon that.

So, if you are up to something, plan something, or currently into something.

You may pause for a moment, introspect, whether your current endeavors have an eternal worth to hold on to or it is worth releasing.

This may not guarantee you an “American dream” as most of the migrants call it.

But the assurance of eternal peace, joy and glory from within and out according to God’s promises, which can be experienced both now and to its fullness in His presence (in the heavenly places) are rest assured more than your life insurance and bonds.

May your heart be blessed!

"You are never alone."

"It's not cowardice to admit your weaknesses and present your case before the gracious Lord. In fact, it takes courage to do it, for its resolution."

A great reminder when life seems to be hard and unfair.

At times, when you're lying down in bed, drenched in tears, coveting, "What if I am in someone else's place? A person who possesses a good living who appears to be alienated from the cares of the world."

But thanks be to God, despite of the curse due to our transgressions.

His daily bread is sufficient and certain to keep us going everyday, when in fact, we are unworthy to receive - even the crumbles of His grace.

"But I will sing of your strength, in the morning I will sing of your love; for you are my fortress, my refuge in times of trouble.

You are my strength, I sing praise to you; you, God, are my fortress, my God on whom I can rely."

(Psalms 59:16-17)
