Yesterday, the GKK officers and members of the Zone 9 Catholic Youth Ministry came together to participate in the Safeguarding Session Seminar conducted by the Catholic Youth Ministry Core Group of Sts. Peter and Paul Parish.

The session was a meaningful opportunity to deepen our understanding of safeguarding, awareness, and our responsibility to help create a safe environment for everyone, especially within our Church and youth community.

Being a safeguarding advocate means being willing to listen, understand, protect, and speak up when it matters. May this session inspire each of us to become more mindful and responsible in our service and to help build a safer, more caring, and more welcoming Church for all.
