Black Saturday: The Silence of Waiting

We often overlook a powerful part of the Easter story—Saturday.

It’s the day between the cross and the resurrection, when everything felt silent and hope seemed lost. Jesus’ followers grieved, waited, and wondered if His promises were true.

But silence didn't mean God had stopped working. While the world mourned, He was preparing for resurrection.

And on the third day, Jesus rose.

If you’re in a season of waiting—when prayers seem unanswered and God feels distant—don’t lose heart. What feels like a silent Saturday may just be the day before your breakthrough. Hope is alive, even when you can't see it. No situation is too far gone for God to bring back to life.

Hold on. Keep praying. Even in silence, God is at work. Trust Him in the waiting. 🙏
