Let us pause and lift up Nepal and China in prayer amid the recent events along their border.

May God surround the communities affected with His peace, protection, strength, and comfort. May He guide those responding to the situation and give wisdom to everyone involved.

In times of uncertainty, may we remember that God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.

𝗘𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝘄: 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻

With the theme “End It Now: Moved with Compassion,” our womens from different churches across Area 1 gathered in Imus, Cavite, on August 23 for a meaningful day of advocacy, service, and ministry.

We are grateful that Malia Seventh-day Adventist Church was among those who took part in this meaningful mission. Together, we joined hands with fellow believers and communities in spreading awareness, showing Christlike compassion, and declaring that abuse and violence have no place in our homes, churches, and communities.

May this ministry continue to inspire us to be moved with compassion and moved to action, bringing healing, hope, and love wherever God calls us to serve.

Malia Church is among those joining our Church’s worldwide initiative in the upcoming launch of 'OneVoice27: All Things New' on September 5.

Six members of the Malia Church Digital Ministry Committee recently attended the 'Digital Strategies for Mission' Training held at the Cavite Mission Headquarters in Amadeo, Cavite, on August 22. This training aims to help equip the Malia Church to become more prepared and effective in its ministry and in sharing Christ with the entire community through “Tradigital Hope.”

Let us continue to pray for the Lord’s guidance as we move forward in this important work. May He lead and bless every effort as we use both traditional and digital platforms to share the hope and love of Jesus.
