Meet Raizene.

Before, he simply went with the flow in life. He thought that attending church and serving were enough, until he realized that knowing the Lord personally changes everything.

Now, day by day, God continues to shape his life with greater meaning and direction.

Last night, we talked about the unnamed hero in 2 Kings 5. ✨

We often focus on Naaman dipping in the Jordan River—but the miracle would have never happened without a young Hebrew girl whose name we don’t even know. Taken captive in war, she had every reason to be bitter, angry, or silent.

But she chose differently.

She chose compassion. She spoke with boldness about the God she served—and a powerful man listened.

Her story beautifully reflects 1 Timothy 4:12: “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.”

People may underestimate you because of your age, your inexperience, or your background—but God doesn’t. He looks at your heart.

You are never too young, too hidden, or too small to be used by Him.
Right where you are, you can be a vessel of His love and power. 🤍

There’s something beautiful about gathering in God’s presence together. 🤍

Through Isaiah 40:27–31, we were encouraged to be courageous and to have the courage to wait on the Lord. Even in our most difficult situations, when we feel weak, broken, or alone, God never abandons His people.

Sometimes we may not see what God is doing yet, but we still choose to trust Him. Because the truth is, God does not always remove the wait, but He renews the waiter.

“Those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength…” — Isaiah 40:31

Life was not always easy, and forgiveness did not come quickly. But through knowing the Lord more deeply, she learned how to let go, extend grace, and trust God through every season.

We are not exempted from trials. Even David faced burdens and struggles, yet he chose to cast everything unto the Lord. 🤍

“Cast your burden on the Lord, and He shall sustain you.” — Psalm 55:22

Sometimes, we carry our worries on our own until they affect our emotional and physical health. And sometimes, God becomes our last option when He should be our first refuge.

This verse reminds us to depend on God completely. He cares for you, loves you, and will never abandon you. He will sustain you, strengthen you, and help you grow through every season.

All we have to do is surrender our burdens to Him and fully trust Him. 🤍

Real courage begins when we choose to depend on God instead of ourselves. 🤍Human strength will fail, but God never fails...

Real courage begins when we choose to depend on God instead of ourselves. 🤍

Human strength will fail, but God never fails. In moments of weakness, fear, and uncertainty, may we continue to trust the One who remains faithful through it all.

Be courageous, not because life is easy, but because God is with you. 🙏

We are also grateful to have with us some of our District Superintendents from the Sealands Field, together with our Southeast Asia (SEA) Field missionary, Jazz Eugenio. Thank you for blessing our church family with your presence.

Jesus made a way for us to be reconciled with God. He carried the weight of our sins and gave His life once and for all so we could be saved. 🤍

But the question is, kumusta na ang relationship natin kay Lord?

Following Jesus was never promised to be easy. Sometimes pain, temptation, and challenges cause us to drift away from Him or compromise our faith just to fit in with the world.

And even though there was no electricity during our Midweek Service God still reminded us that His presence is enough. ✨

Taking up our cross means surrendering our sinful desires and choosing Jesus daily. ✝️

Victory already belongs to God, and that alone gives us courage to endure.

In the middle of trials, suffering, and waiting, we hold on to the promise that what is coming is far greater than what we face today. Our suffering will not have the final say, God will. And because of that, we can keep standing firm in faith.

Today was also a beautiful time honoring the mothers whose strength, sacrifice, and love reflect God’s faithfulness in so many ways. Happy Mother’s Day! 🤍
