We don’t usually call it disobedience… we call it “waiting for the right time.”

But delayed obedience is still disobedience.

Lord, forgive us for the times we’ve delayed what You’ve already made clear.
Give us hearts that respond quickly, not conveniently.
Teach us to trust You enough to obey, right away!

Lord Jesus, thank You that Your resurrection changes everything.

When fear creeps in, especially the fear of loss, the fear of the unknown, even the fear of death, remind us that You have already overcome it all. You are alive, and because You live, we don’t have to live in fear.

Lord, give us boldness to walk in our purpose. Wherever You have placed us, in our homes, workplaces, schools, or communities, send us with courage. Use our lives to reflect You.

And when doubts come, meet us there. Just like You did with Thomas, draw us closer. Strengthen our faith to believe, even when we don’t see.

Today, we choose to trust:
You died for us.
You rose again.
And because of that, we have peace, purpose, and faith.

In Jesus’ name,

Even when it feels like nothing will ever change, His love is quietly at work in your heart, restoring what was broken and giving you strength to keep moving forward. Your story doesn’t end in pain. Healing may take time, but God is committed to restoring you.

New seasons often feel unsettling because they require us to move without full clarity. Scripture reminds us that God does not always give the full map. “Your word is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path” (Psalm 119:105). A lamp does not light miles ahead. It lights just enough to take the next faithful step. Transition is not a sign that God is absent. It is often proof that He is leading.

Sometimes life feels like a constant restart. You try, you fall, and it feels like you’re back at square one. But every time you rise again, God is shaping you, teaching you, and drawing you closer to who He made you to be. Starting over doesn’t mean failure, it means courage.

As we observe Sabbath Sunday, there will be NO IN PERSON AND ONLINE worship experience tomorrow, Dec. 28, 2025.

This pause is intentional. A gift. A moment to slow down and be present with the people God has placed in our lives. May your home be filled with His presence and hearts overflowing with gratitude.
