Today, we celebrate the freedom won by those who came before us. Yet as we look around our nation, many of us still carry concerns about corruption, poverty, injustice, division, and uncertainty about the future.
But as people of faith, we do not place our hope merely in governments, leaders, or circumstances. Our hope remains in God, who continues to guide and sustain our nation through every challenge.

As we commemorate Independence Day, let us pray for a Philippines where truth prevails, justice is upheld, and every Filipino can live with dignity and peace. May we be instruments of God's love, integrity, and compassion in our communities, helping build the nation we dream of for future generations.
May God bless the Philippines, strengthen its people, and lead us toward a future filled with hope, unity, and righteousness.
