ANNOUNCEMENT | Pax Te Cum 🌟

Birhen sa Santo Rosario Quasi-Parish will be holding the Pahalok sa Batang Hesus from December 26 to December 30. During these days, we will be visiting homes to offer prayers and to share the presence of the Image of the Child Jesus.

We warmly invite every family to welcome us with open hearts, just as we welcome Christ who was born for all.

The Pahalok sa Batang Hesus is more than a tradition. It is a simple yet meaningful expression of faith and love. Through this gesture, we show our acceptance of Jesus into our homes, our families, and our lives.

Each kiss offered to the Image of the Child Jesus is a sign of our love and faith in God who became human—humble, gentle, and full of mercy.

Together, we pray for healing, peace, and strength for all who need it, trusting in the loving care of Our Blessed Mother.

The Knights and Lilies of the Altar Ministry of the Birhen sa Santo Rosario Quasi Parish—Mapawa—conducted the event "Pax Tecum" (Latin for "Peace be with you") in observance of the solemn celebration of the Nativity of our Lord Jesus Christ. The image of the Infant Jesus, the Prince of Peace, was circulated around the parish limits on this holy day, enabling the faithful to kiss and revere the Holy Child.

Our sincere appreciation goes out to all of the parishioners and altar servers who took part in this 4-day event the "Pahalok sa Batang Hesus," whose unwavering dedication even on rainy days reflected their deep faith and devotion. May the spirit of this season continue to fill your hearts with love and unity. Thank you for your dedication, and may God bless you all abundantly.

“𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐨𝐧 𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐰𝐡𝐨𝐦 𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐟𝐚𝐯𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬.” - Luke 2:14

As the solemnity of the Nativity of our Lord Jesus Christ commemorates, the Knights and Lilies of the Altar Ministry of the Birhen sa Santo Rosario Quasi Parish—Mapawa—will conduct the traditional "𝐏𝐚𝐱 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐦" (𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 "𝐏𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐛𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮") where the image of the Infant Jesus, Prince of Peace, will be circulated, within the jurisdictional boundaries of the Parish, for the lay faithful to venerate and kiss the Holy Child.

The schedule for the kissing of Baby Jesus will be on December 25-30, 2024.

Embracing Baby Jesus with love and joy. May His light bring us peace, hope, and compassion this Christmas and beyond.
