📢 Calling all ECP members!

As part of our ongoing efforts to grow and serve more effectively, we are launching a nationwide membership census in response to our long-term concern on our membership count discrepancy, as shared with us by our Prime Bishop Nestor Poltic, Sr. in his address during the Executive Council Meeting last July.

To do this, we need your help. This important initiative will help us update and improve our church records. It will ensure that our information is accurate and up to date, allowing us to report our membership numbers, both nationally and internationally, based on reliable and trustworthy data. Most importantly, it allows us to plan better for our ministries, programs, and services.

It’s a shared responsibility, and we encourage everyone, from diocesan leaders to local members, to participate and work together in making this census a success. The goal is to complete this process by the end of 2025.

Attached below is the official link, which will also be sent to the Dioceses. If you are in an area without internet or data access, soft copies (for printing) of this form will be provided to every LCU for you to fill out. These forms will then be collected by an assigned person. SKEP leaders are kindly asked to assist with entering the data.

Thank you so much for your support and cooperation!

"Joining the 6th diocesan youth camp and the Basic Leadership Training Fellowship was one of the best experiences of my youth. Sa camp, I felt so alive and connected not just with new friends, but most especially with God. Lingaw kaayo ang activities, pero mas lingaw ang bonding and sharing moments. The activities were exciting, the music was uplifting, and the atmosphere was full of positive energy. Most of all, I felt closer to God while enjoying every moment. It was a beautiful mix of faith, fun, and friendship an experience I’ll always treasure!
BASTA SKEP EDD ALIVE PIRME!"

"My time at camp with 6thDYA and BLTF was truly unforgettable. It wasn’t just about the fun or the games it was about encountering God in a deeper, more personal way.
Through worship I was reminded that God is always present, always speaking, and always working in our lives. Being surrounded by people who share the same faith made me feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow."

"So first of all I want to thank all saint's parish and the SKEP-EDD officer who taught us throughout the 5 days. So the 6th Diocesan Youth Assembly & BLTF was quite fun, unforgettable and changed my destiny. I met new friends, and I also strengthened my relationship with God. Because of this DYA & BLTF, in just one night GOD CHANGED MY DESTINY; until I learned that PRAYER IS THE BEST WEAPON OF ALL. And I noticed in the team building & bible study in a group that they cannot even achieve what they want to achieve if they do not have: PEACE, UNION and ONE DECISION.
MABUHAY SKEP-EDD! đź’ž"

"In my 15 years of living, I believe I know I there is God and there is Jesus. But in those years of
knowing God, I have to admit that even when I knew Him, my personal relationship with Him
was fragile. When Padi May asked the question “Who is Jesus? Who is Jesus to you?”, I wasn’t
sure on what to answer, because I wasn’t confident in my relationship with Him either.
That question was a wake-up call to me, and I believe to my fellow campers as well. It was a
simple question yet many hesitated to answer. Perhaps it’s because, many are still mahiya mag
volunteer to answer. Or is it because some are takot ma mali sa pag answer? Or is it because
some, or many of us still haven’t fully known Jesus? In those three, which one are you? Kasi
ako, sa pangatlo ako. I was unsure of who Jesus really is in my life. Although I know that Jesus is
the begotten Son of God, that He saves, and that He died for us, and I can reflect on some Bible
verses, those reflections often feel halfhearted, because I haven’t truly applied them in my daily
life.
I realized that it’s not just about knowing things about God, it is about building a personal
relationship with Him. Why is that important? Because in Acts 1:8, which is our theme verse, it
says, “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you; and you will be my
witnesses in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
This reminds us that being a witness for Jesus means we need to actually know Him and
understand why we’re serving Him. We need to be able to talk about who Jesus is to us
personally and how He’s moved in our lives. And most of all, people should be able to see Jesus
in the way we live, not just in what we say. That’s how we become real witnesses of Christ.
And to really get to that point, we need to accept Jesus as our Owner. Not just believe in Him,
but actually live for Him, and we have to receive Him in order to receive the power of the Holy
Spirit. Everyone’s journey with Him is different, but we’re all heading toward the same hope,
which is being saved. And thatstarts with coming to Him with a sincere open heart. We are all
sinners, but the good news is that we can all be saved if we just come to Him in prayer. Jesus
saves, it does not matter when, where, and who.
Friends and family, I want to share that my journey with Jesus started when I chose to
surrender my life to Him and accept Him as my Lord, my Savior, and the one who truly owns my
life. Even though I’ve turned my back on Him so many times, He waited for me patiently to
come to Him in prayer, and Jesus saved me. Going back to the question “Who is Jesus to you?”,
I can now answer with full confidence, Jesus is my Saviour."
