A Christmas Celebration to Remember! 🥳
We had a truly joyous first Christmas Party as JIBC Davao Outreach last Saturday, December 13th, at 1 PM, celebrating at the beautiful Hacienda de Amor together with our different bible study groups of children, youth, and adults, plus special parents and friends as guests. It was a day filled with fellowship, joy, and reflection on the true meaning of the season.
Kuya Rodney shared the heart of Christmas from Luke 2:6-14, reminding us that God gave us His only Son to save us because He loves us so much, willingly sacrificing Himself for our redemption, confirming that Jesus is always the reason for the season. We emphasized that the gift of salvation is not just for Christmas, but available anytime as long as we admit we are sinners and need His grace and mercy, simply repenting and accepting Jesus as our Lord and Saviour, an invitation extended to everyone present to receive God's free gift. 🙏
The Bible powerfully reminds us: the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 6:23), Jesus is the only way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6), and truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born again he cannot see the kingdom of God (John 3:3).
We want to sincerely thank Hacienda de Amor for letting us use and enjoy their beautiful place, may God bless them always! 🏡 We also thank Mr. and Mrs. De Motor for lending us their jeepney as a service for the kids' transportation, may God shower your home with love and blessings. And to everyone who attended, helped, and prayed with JIBC Davao Outreach, we thank you for your lives and dedication. ❤️
Above all, we thank God for the provision, the good weather, and the skills and talent shared, as the entire event has been a wonderful channel of blessing to everyone present. To God be the glory! 🌟
