It is easy to let anger take over in the moment, especially when you feel hurt, misunderstood, or disrespected. But anger often pushes us to say things we regret and make decisions we would never make with a clear mind. God calls us to something better, to slow down, to breathe, and to respond with wisdom instead of reacting with emotion. When we pause and invite Him into that moment, we give ourselves space to choose grace over impulse. Not every feeling needs to be acted on right away, and not every situation deserves a reaction fueled by anger. Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is stay calm, trust God with your emotions, and respond in a way that reflects Him.
Bible Verse:
โEveryone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry.โ
James 1:19
