A HISTORIC MOVE FOR THE VICARIATE!

We just witnessed the first-ever Animation Workshop in the La Purisima Vicariate!

With the powerful theme "Soul in Motion: Animating the Spirit Through Dance," youth and dance ministers gathered to transform their technical skills into a living sacrifice of praise. It wasn't just about the "glitches" and "pops", it was about bringing every frame of movement to life for the glory of God.

One Vicariate, One Rhythm. We are so proud of the participants from all 5 of our sister parishes who showed up with heart and energy:

St. John Paul II Parish
Our Lady of Guadalupe Parish
St. Francis de Asis Parish
San Pedro Poveda Parish
Immaculate Conception Parish

From understanding body isolation to mastering the basic principles of dance animation, our dancers dove deep into the craft. A massive thank you to our incredible guest speakers, Ms. Rikka Babes A. Estoque and Draudhe Moana Marie S. Libre, for sharing their expertise and passion with us!

The "soul" is officially in motion, and we canโ€™t wait to see these movements come alive in our respective parishes.

In preparation for the Parish Youth Camp 2026, an ocular visit was conducted at San Lorenzo College of Davao, Inc. by Ate Tel (Parish Youth Coordinator), Ate Nicole (Secretary), and Kuya Rhins (Service Head).

The team had a productive meeting with the school personnel, discussing important details to ensure a safe, organized, and meaningful camp experience for all participants.
