Opisyal na Tugon ng ReBAPC Tungkol sa Isyu ng Pillar of Truth Reformed Gospel Church (POTRGC).

Magandang gabi, mga kapatid at mga kamanggagawa sa Panginoong Jesukristo.

Ang tugon na ito ay kaugnay ng pampublikong liham na inilabas ng Perseverance Reformed Baptist Church (PRBC) na naglalaman ng kanilang opisyal na tinatayuan tungkol sa Pillar of Truth Reformed Gospel Church (POTRGC) at sa kasalukuyang katayuan ni G. Jeremiah L. Jangad. Ito ay isang mabigat na pasya matapos ang mahaba at malalim na talakayan sa mga kapatid at iglesiyang may direktang kaugnayan sa isyu na ito. Kami, ang mga kaanib ng buklurang ito, ayon sa Salita ng Diyos, ay nagpapahayag at naninindigan na:
1. Ang Ebanghelyo ng Panginoong Jesukristo ay isang ministeryo ng pakikipagkasundo (2Cor. 5:18-20);
2. Ang iglesiya ay itinatag ni Jesukristo upang ipahayag ang katotohanan sa diwa ng pag-ibig; sa paggabay ng mga pastor at mga g**o, tungo sa paglago sa pananampalataya at tumatag laban sa katusuhan ng tao at maling doktrina (Eph. 4:11-16);
3. Ang bawat lokal na iglesiya ay may pantay-pantay na awtoridad na magsagawa at magpataw, sa kani-kanilang iglesiya, ng mga pasya sa lupa tungkol sa usapin ng nagtutuwid na disiplina ayon sa pamantayan ng Diyos (Matt. 18:18-20);
4. Ang pagiging pastor ay isang mabuting pagkatawag mula sa Diyos, at ang sinumang nagnanais nito ay nararapat mamuhay sa kabanalan at katapatan, upang hindi mapulaan o madungisan ang opisinang ito (1 Tim. 3:1-7)
5. Ang pagpapayapa ay isinasagawa sa malinaw na pagkilala sa kasalanan, paghahayag nito sa isa’t isa, mapagpakumbabang pagtanggap ng pagtutuwid, at pagsisikap tungo sa pagkakasundo (Matt. 7:1-4; Gal. 6:1-2; James 4:6-12; 5:16)
6. Ang layunin ng pagtutuwid ay ibunyag ang mga gawang masama at hindi madaig ng kaaway ang iglesiya (2 Tim. 2:23-26; 1 Pet. 5:8);
7. Ang bagong utos ng Panginoong Jesukristo ay ang mag-ibigan bilang Kanyang mga alagad sa mata ng sanlibutan, at kalakip nito ang maamong pagtutuwid sa ngalan ng katotohanan at pagtindig laban sa mga diyus-diyosan. (1 John 5:16-21)

Hinggil sa kaugnayan ng POTRGC sa ReBAPC:
1. Ang pormal na pagtatatag ng Reformation Conferences (RefCon) ay nagsimula noong 2012 sa pagtutulungan ng mga sumusunod na iglesiya: Dasmarinas Community of Life Church (ngayon ay Reformed Life Community Church), Cross Bearer Community Church, Grace Through Faith Community Church, at Grace of Calvary Community Church (ngayon ay Grace of Calvary Reformed Baptist Church). Ang unang conference ay ginanap sa Holiness in Jesus Church sa Bulihan, Silang, Cavite. HINDI KABILANG rito si G. Jangad.
2. Ang RefCon ay isa sa mga kasalukuyang proyekto ng ReBAPC bilang pagpapatuloy sa simulain ng repormasyon dito sa Cavite, sa loob at labas ng aming mga lokal na iglesiya.
3. Ang tinaguriang "RefCon" na isasagawa ngayon ng POTRGC ay WALANG DIREKTANG KAUGNAYAN sa aming proyekto bilang ReBAPC. Ito ay nakabukod na gawain ng kanilang itinayong iglesiya sa pangangasiwa ni G. Jangad.
4. Ang pagkakaluklok kay G. Jangad bilang PASTOR ng POTRGC ay HINDI KINIKILALA ng mga pastor sa aming bukluran. Ito ay paggalang sa kasalukuyang katayuan niya sa PRBC (dating Herald of Grace Covenant Bible Church). Kaugnay nito, ang pag-iral ng POTRGC bilang iglesiya ay HINDI RIN KINIKILALA alinsunod sa katayuan ng kanilang iniluklok na pastor. Hindi nangangahulugan na ang bawat miyembro ng POTRGC ay hindi tunay na mananampalataya, kundi nasa ilalim ng pamumuno ng isang pastor na may kaduda-dudang pagkatawag.
5. Ang tangi naming nais ay magpakumbabang magpasailalim sa biblikal na proseso si G. Jangad upang maisaayos ang kaniyang kasalukuyang ugnayan sa kanyang pinanggalingang iglesiya (PRBC).

Dahil rito, ang bawat iglesiyang kaanib ng ReBAPC ay magsisikap na gabayan ang aming mga iglesiya tungkol sa usaping ito at sisikaping makibahagi sa panalangin. Patuloy kaming kakapit sa wika ng Panginoong Jesus: “…ang mga pintuan ng Hades ay hindi magwawagi laban sa Kanya.” Mt. 16:18

Sa lahat ng mga pangyayaring ito, nawa, ang bawat iglesiya’y patuloy na pagkaisahin tungo sa ikapupuri ng Ama sa pamamagitan ng Anak, at sa pagkilos ng Banal na Espiritu. Dumating ka nawa, Panginoong Jesus!

We are grateful to all who prayed for and supported our Reformation Conference (RefCon) last May 30 (Saturday). Fourteen (14) churches from Cavite and neighboring provinces were represented in attendance.

The first session was entitled “Covenant Faithfulness as a Local Church: An Overview.” To magnify the conference theme, Ptr. Emman Tamargo (GTFCC) presented 1 Thess. 5:23-24 as a firm reminder of God’s faithfulness — the Trinitarian work — that makes the church covenantally beautiful. He challenged the hearers to deepen their commitment towards covenant faithfulness, holding fast to the certainty of the Spirit’s indwelling presence and not on their own strength.

In the second session entitled “Ethical Principles in the Ministry of the Word”, Ptr. Jhun Balanon (SGCCC) elaborated the “ethos,” “logos,” and “pathos” which are the necessary virtues in the ministry of the Word. The warning concerning the integrity of the sermon from preparation to delivery is relevant to current issues in modern pulpits.

The third session was entitled "Sharing All Good Things: Supporting the Ministers of the Word.” Ptr. Jun Medalla carefully defined the manner of “sharing all good things” to the ministers of the Word. With heart-level questions, he challenged the churches to widen their understanding of ministerial support — that it is beyond material and monetary.

We had a blessed time of fellowship and meaningful discussions.

We hope that the learning from the conference would be faithfully applied in our respective local churches as we strive to be covenantally faithful in practice even as we rejoice in our covenantally faithful God. See you next conference, Lord willing.

We would like to invite you to join the 2nd Reformation Conference (RefCon) of the Reformed Baptist Association in the Province of Cavite (ReBAPC) on May 30, 2026 (Saturday) as we gather around the theme, “Covenant Faithfulness.”

This conference seeks to encourage and strengthen believers and churches in faithfully living out our covenant responsibilities before God and one another. Attendees will hear biblical and practical discussions on covenant faithfulness in the local church, integrity in the ministry of the Word, and the faithful support of gospel ministers.

We are grateful to have Ptr. Emmanuel I. Tamargo (GTFCC) and Ptr. Guillermo “Jun” Balanon Jr. (SGCCC) as our plenary speakers, with Ptr. Ismael Medalla Jr. (GBCLB) as our guest speaker, for this special gathering. Last year, the Lord graciously allowed us to inaugurate our association and begin our first conference focused on the foundation and history of associationalism.

This year, we continue that commitment by equipping churches and believers toward deeper faithfulness to Christ and His church.

Opisyal na Tugon ng ReBAPC Tungkol sa Isyu ng Covenant Theology

Magandang gabi, mga kapatid at mga kamanggagawa sa Panginoong Jesu-Cristo.

Kinikilala namin na maging sa aming bukluran ay may lumalagong pag-iral ng pagkakaiba-iba ng mga doktrinang may kinalaman sa aming pagkakailanlan bilang mga Particular Baptists, at sa aming pag-unawa sa pinanghahawakan naming pahayag - ang 1689 Baptist Confession of Faith. Ang usaping tungkol sa Covenant Theology ay isa sa mga punto ng aming pagkakaiba-iba. Kinikilala rin namin ang panganib ng pagkakahati-hati dulot ng mga pagtatalo; ito ay nagbibigay-daan sa diyablo upang lituhin ang mga iglesiya sa iisang layunin nito.

Gayun pa man, bilang tugon, kami na mga kaanib ng ReBAPC ay nakikiisa sa REBAP Luzon sa “pagsisikap na mapanatili ang pagkakaisa ng Espiritu sa buklod ng kapayapaan.” (Eph. 4:3)

Nakalakip sa aming sinumpaang tungkulin ang mga sumusunod:
1. Na ipamalas ang nakikitang pagkakaisa ng mga iglesiya ni Jesu-Cristo sa mundo. (John 17:20-26; Eph. 4:4-6);
2. Na panatilihin ang pagkakaisa ng pananampalataya at pamumuhay na nakapaloob sa aming pahayag ng pananampalatayang Cristiano (hal. Creeds and confessions), lalo na sa pagharap sa mga katanungang may kinalaman sa doktrina at pagsasabuhay nito. (Acts 15:1-29; 1 Cor. 14:33);
3. Na makibahagi sa paghasik ng Ebanghelyo, lalo na sa pagbabalik-búhay (revitalizing) at pagtatanim ng mga iglesiyang humahawak sa tradisyong Reformed, sa pagsuporta sa mga misyonaryo, at pagsasanay sa mga kalalakihan para sa paglilingkod. (Phil. 1:3-7; 2 Cor. 8:18).

Ang bawat iglesiyang kaanib ng ReBAPC ay magsisikap rin na gabayan ang aming mga lokal na iglesiya tungkol sa pakikitungo sa bawat isa nang may maka-Cristianong pag-ibig na humahawak sa katotohanan. Patuloy naming panghahawakan ang layunin ng pagtuturo sa mga banal: "hanggang makarating tayong lahat sa pagkakaisa ng pananampalataya, at sa ganap na pagkakilala sa Anak ng Diyos, hanggang maging taong may sapat na gulang, hanggang sa sukat ng ganap na kapuspusan ni Cristo." (Eph. 4:13)

Sa lahat ng mga pangyayaring ito, nawa, ang bawat iglesiya’y patuloy na pagkaisahin tungo sa ikapupuri ng Ama, sa pamamagitan ng Anak, at sa pagkilos ng Banal na Espiritu.

Greetings in Christ Jesus!

From now on, this page which was under the oversight of Reformed Life Community Church will be the official page of the Reformed Baptist Association in the Province of Cavite (ReBAPC) starting January 20, 2026.

During the previous years, this page shared the events organized through the collaboration of some Reformed Baptist churches here in Cavite. Last year, the association was formalized to continue this reformation work. The association also seeks to utilize this page for posting formal statements regarding urgent matters and updates for our upcoming projects. The existing photos shared here will be retained. We encourage you to continue subscribing to this page.

We hope and pray that, through this page, we continue to glorify God, edify our churches, and fulfill the Gospel Commission reaching both inside and outside the province.
