There is only one God. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost are not three gods, three divine persons, three divine spirits, three divine minds, nor three divine consciousnesses. God is only one Supreme Being. He is the Father in creation, Son in redemption, and Holy Ghost in regeneration, yet He remain One and the Same Being.

At Calvary, God came into flesh as Jesus Christ while He remain as the Father throughout eternity. At Pentecost, God came as the Holy Spirit, while He remain as eternal, transcedent, omnipresent Father throughout the universe.

However, God is not Someone who changes modes only per economy or per dispensation as some mistakenly assumes. No. The Father, Son, and Holy Ghost actually simultaneously exists in eternity not as three distinct persons but as three simultaneous manifestations of One God, and Jesus Himself, the God in flesh (Father in the Son), being the ultimate personification of the Almighty God in human form. He is the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last, not a second divine person in a permanent three-individual Godhead. The Holy Spirit is neither a third Person in a plurality of individuals inside the Godhead, but rather He is God understood in the spirit world as the "Holy" Spirit, to distinguish Him from any other spirits.
