San ka ba natatakot?

The Lord is gently telling us: “Trust in Me.”

Every time we go through hard times, every tear we shed, and every struggle we face, there is always a reason behind it.

Just look at Joseph. He felt the pain of being betrayed by the very people he loved and trusted. He was sold away as if he had no value, locked behind bars for things he did not even do, and faced temptations that tried to break his heart and his faith.

But even through all that hurt and confusion, everything he went through happened for a beautiful purpose.

“But as for you, you meant evil against me; but God meant it for good, in order to bring it about as it is this day, to save many people alive.”

This truth reminds us: Even though there may be suffering along our journey of faith, God is always in control.

𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐈𝐬 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐡 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤
No one is born without a purpose. Even if your parents did not plan you, the Lord did. You are special to God, and you were created for a reason.

Ephesians 5:10 encourages us to find out what pleases the Lord.

"If anyone wants to boast, let them boast about this: that they know and understand God. For His love is constant, and He does what is just and right. These are the things that truly please Him."

In 2 Timothy 1:6, Paul reminds Timothy to stir up the gift of God which is in him through the laying on of hands.

And remember 2 Timothy 1:7:
"For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."

So when will this miracle take place?

Why are those who endure trials considered blessed?

𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐧 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐅𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡
“Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven...”

In Mark 3:31-35, when Mary and Jesus' brothers came looking for Him, He looked around and asked, “Who is My mother? Who are My brothers?” Then, gazing at those who sat around Him, He said with great love, “Look! Here are My mother and My brothers! For whoever does the will of God is My brother, My sister, and mother.”

Truly, only those who do the will of the Father in heaven will enter the kingdom of heaven.

Romans 3:23 reminded us: “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.”

None of us are perfect. We have all sinned and fallen short. But Jesus, who is absolutely perfect, laid down His own life on the cross just to save us. That sacrifice happened once and for all. He came so that we may have life, and have it abundantly!

It is truly futile and meaningless to put Christ on the cross again.

How does this happen?

Hebrews 6:4-6 warns us: “For it is impossible to bring back to repentance those who were once enlightened those who have tasted the heavenly gift, who have shared in the Holy Spirit, who have tasted the goodness of the word of God and the powers of the coming age and who then turn their backs on Him. To do so is to crucify the Son of God all over again and subject Him to public shame.”

So tell me, how deeply do you value the resurrection of our Lord Jesus?

𝐁𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐚𝐬 𝐇𝐢𝐬 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞
Are you living like the bride?; waiting with anticipation, or distracted by many things?

The church is not just a gathering every Sunday; it should be prepared every day. The Groom is Jesus, and He is coming.

What part of your life needs to shift from distraction to devotion?

The truth is, if you do not change, you cannot enter heaven. (Ang taong hindi nagbabago ay kandidatong hindi mapupunta sa langit.)

Proverbs 29:1 "He who is often rebuked, and hardens his neck, will suddenly be destroyed, and that without remedy."
(Ang taong ayaw magbago ay hindi maliligtas; ang hindi makinig ng payo ay mapapahamak.)

We are chosen and destined to become more like Christ.

It's okay to feel angry or jealous, because these are emotions that we believe the Lord has given us. According to 1 Timothy 4:4, "Everything that God has created is good; nothing is to be rejected, but everything is to be received with thanksgiving." Anger is given to us because we are created in His image, if God can feel anger, then so can we; if God can feel jealous, then so can we. But when God becomes angry, He certainly uses it for good. That is why we need to know how to control our anger and use it properly.

How should anger be used?

Romans 12:9 says, "Love must be completely sincere. Hate what is evil; hold on to what is good."

How can we actually control our anger?

The Bible tells us to guard our hearts, because Psalm 36:1 states, "Sin speaks to the wicked deep in their hearts; they reject God and do not have reverence for him."

Sin speaks to the hearts of the wicked, as Hebrews 3:12 says: "Brothers and sisters, see to it that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God."

Proverbs 4:23 declares, "Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it spring the issues of life."

We need to guard our hearts because everything starts with the condition of our hearts. It is up to us to make the effort to keep our hearts pure.

As we go through life, let us learn to be patient (matuto tayong magtiis).

Proverbs 19:11 says, "A person’s wisdom yields patience; it is to one’s glory to overlook an offense."
In Tagalog (Mga Kawikaan 19:11): "Ang kahinahunan ay nagpapakilala ng katalinuhan, ang pagpapatawad sa masamang ginawa sa kanya ay kanyang karangalan."

If you want peace, be careful with what you say, free yourself from anger, and live in peace.

Paano mo mamahalin ng tama ang iyong sarili?

Ang pag-ibig ng Diyos na ibinubuhos sa ating mga puso ay nagdudulot ng mabuting pananaw kung papaano natin mamahalin ang ating kapwa, tulad ng pagmamahal natin sa ating sarili.

"At ang ikalawang pinakamahalagang utos ay katulad din nito: ‘Mahalin mo ang iyong kapwa katulad ng pagmamahal mo sa iyong sarili.’" [Mateo 22:39]

Dahil sa pag-ibig ng Diyos na nasa ating mga puso, mapipili natin ang pinaka mabuting pasya sa buhay na ito.

"dahil lagi kong naaalala ang inyong pagmamahal, at namumuhay ako na pinanghahawakan ang inyong katapatan." [Awit 26:3]
