Let us pray with today's Gospel Reading ( Luke 12:35-38): Memorial of St John Paul II

Heavenly Father,
As we celebrate the Feast of St. John Paul II, we reflect on the words of Jesus in the Gospel, where He calls us to be vigilant, with our lamps burning brightly, waiting for the Master’s return. Just as St. John Paul II watched over Your Church with tireless dedication, we ask for the grace to remain vigilant in faith and steadfast in service.

Lord, help us to be like the faithful servants, always ready to welcome You with open hearts. May we live with the same courage and love as St. John Paul II, who inspired the world with his faith and teachings. Give us the strength to serve others with humility and devotion, knowing that we, too, are called to live as Your faithful servants.

St. John Paul II, intercede for us, that we may persevere in our mission to follow Christ and be witnesses of His love in the world.
