𝐋𝐎𝐎𝐊| 𝙎𝘾𝘼𝙇𝙀 (𝙎𝙩𝙪𝙙𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝘾𝙖𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝘼𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣 𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨' 𝙀𝙣𝙘𝙤𝙪𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧) 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣✨

On February 13-15, 2026, the Student Catholic Action of the Philippines - BCC Unit and CNHS Unit successfully conducted the 𝗦𝗖𝗔𝗟𝗘 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 at Cangawa National High School, led by Ma'am Alma Tirol, BCC Unit Animator, and Sir Orland Sumampong, CNHS Unit Animator. This formation is the final and most transformative stage in the journey of our militants toward becoming newly inducted, full-fledged SCAns.

On behalf of the SCAP-BCC Unit, we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our very own College President, Dr. Analiza L. Chua, for her approval and for her full support for this activity. To our SASO Director, Ma'am Jacqueline Socorin-Melencion, CSO Adviser, Ma'am Guia Torreon, and Unit Animators, thank you for your guidance, encouragement, kindness, and also full support, which made this activity possible.

Our deepest appreciation to our dedicated facilitators; we thank you for sharing your time, talent, and treasure. Your dedication and generosity have truly made a difference, and we're grateful for your commitment to enriching this experience.

To all the SCANs headed by Ate Najane Cabriles (BCC Unit President) and Kuya Jylle Lawrence A. Mañacap (CNHS Unit President), who served, led, and handled the preparations from the start, your hard work and dedication were instrumental in making this formation a success. To all the parents of our dear militants, thank you for your full support.

To all our militants who participated and contributed to the success of our SCALE Formation, we're sincerely grateful for giving your "YES" to the mission. Remember that this sacred encounter served not only as a culmination of your formation but also as a profound moment of discernment, renewal, and deeper commitment to the mission entrusted to you as young disciples of Christ.

Above all, we thank God for being with us throughout this activity.

Today, we commemorate the 𝙎𝙤𝙡𝙚𝙢𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙤𝙛 𝙊𝙪𝙧 𝙇𝙤𝙧𝙙 𝙅𝙚𝙨𝙪𝙨 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩, 𝙆𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙐𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙚. As we honor the leadership exemplified in SCA, we are reminded that Christ’s reign stands in contrast to worldly power. His rule is grounded not in control, but in service; not in entitlement, but in mercy; not in force, but in generous and selfless love.

Our King seeks out the forgotten, lifts the humble, and guides through His own example. His crown is won through sacrifice, and His throne is the cross—showing us that genuine leadership requires choosing what is good and just, even when it demands great difficulty.

Dear Ates and Kuyas, may His life move us to lead with humility, compassion, and deep faith. Let us strive to reflect Christ in the way we act, decide, and serve those around us.

Today, we honor 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐉𝐨𝐬𝐞𝐩𝐡 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐣𝐧, the visionary founder of the Young Christian Workers and the mind behind the 𝐒𝐄𝐄-𝐉𝐔𝐃𝐆𝐄-𝐀𝐂𝐓 methodology.

Born in Belgium (1882–1967), Cardinal Cardijn dedicated his life to listening to the voices of workers and young people. He chose to live among them, understand their struggles, and empower them to become leaders and changemakers — not merely observers of society.

The See-Judge-Act method remains simple yet deeply transformative:

𝐒𝐞𝐞 – Look closely at the realities around us — the lives of our youth, workers, and the marginalized.
𝐉𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞 – Reflect on these realities through the lens of faith, justice, and human dignity.
𝐀𝐜𝐭 – Take meaningful action, personally and collectively, to transform our communities and help build God’s Kingdom on earth.

As we commemorate Cardinal Cardijn, let us remember that faith calls us not just to believe, but to live — to listen, reflect, and act with compassion and courage.

May his life and mission continue to inspire us to see clearly, judge wisely, and act bravely for the good of others.
