Our Lady of Good Success
Way back in January 2009 many of us were still the Society of Saint Pius X(SSPX) and Divine providence has it that a very shocking "Lifting of Excommunication" of the four bishop of SSPX: Bishop Fellay, Bishop De Gallareta , Bishop Tissier and Bishop Williamson" took place. We were faced with a terrible confusion that the SSPX chanted the "Te Deum for the " Lifting of
Excommunication" where areas the same have been claiming that they are neither schismatics nor excommunicated. First, it motivated us to study more about our Faith, second, it made us realize that the SSPX is wrong in so many things, In our dire need for spiritual guidance, Reverend Father Joven Soliman, former prior of the SSPX (2004-2008), come to our help. He gave us several spiritual conferences and made us arrive at the conclusion that the only correct stand is that of Sedevacantism. We are but small in number yet it was difficult for us to gather in one place alone for the Holy Sacrifice of the Holy Mass, bearing the fact that many of us come from too distant places. As Sedevacantists we had our very first Holy Mass in Our Lady of Good Success Chapel on " September 27, 2009" in BF Homes Paranaque, home our dear "Tita Angie" Dra. Then " we had our second chapel in Cubao , Quezon City, which was provided for those who cannot afford to go to BF Homes Paranaque. Our first Holy Mass in our second Chapel was held "on December 13,2009". Holy Masses were said on " First Sundays, First Fridays and Saturday and the last Sunday" of every month at " BF Homes Paranaque , Second" Sunday of the month at Cubao Quezon City, home of Dakoykoy Family. Our Chapel in Cubao was transferred, however last April 2012 when the family had to move to Fairview Quezon City. When Tita Angie (Dra. Angeles Francisco) died last August 23, 2014, we had no choice but to content ourselves with only one chapel, the one located in Fairview, Quezon City. Much is yet to be desired for this makeshift chapel, since it can be too hot during sunny days and wet on rainy days. In Five years time, we might not be growing much but we certainly have much growth in faith as the Rev. Soliman continue to teach us in faith and morals. Nevertheless joy fills our soul with the knowledge that it shelters us to have the True Catholic Mass and to receive the Holy Sacraments " as one truly Catholic" family.
