All the young people in District 2 Metro Cebu South which comprises the parishes of San Nicolas-T. Padilla, Mary Help-Buhisan, Sto.Tomas-Pardo, Holy Cross-Basak, Arnold Janseen-Alumnos, Lourdes-Punta, Sto.Nino-Pasil, San Roque-Mambaling, San Lorenzo-Tisa, Remedios-Labangon, Consolation-Laray, St.Joseph-Tabunok, San Isidro-San Isidro, Mother of Perpetual Help-Jaclupan, Sto.Niño-Mohon, Sta.Teresa-Ta

lisay, San Roque-Lipata, Immaculate Heart-Minglanilla, Holy Rosary-Inayagan, Holy Rosary-Tuyan, St.Francis-Naga, St. Agustine-Langtad and San Roque-Uling. 13 to 39 years old, single, willing to actively participate in the activity of the DYCC and of course, to those who wants to know Jesus Christ!
