Being a leader is not becoming a boss, when you lead, lead to love and care for your member. Becoming a good leader means you are a good listener, you listen to everyone's opinion. Most of all always remember to Lead in the savior's way. Because by leading others we help them to become closer to Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ, we help them and our selves to achieve Salvation and exaltation.
These are some of the lessons that we learned after participating in our YLT, we felt the guidance of the holy ghost and the love that our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ has always given us by helping our church leaders to lead us with great love and care.
