HEEDING THE CALL

Yield not to a beguiling world
You may not cross the river when
the tide is high
Hold on tight to an Unseen hand
Keep a prayer on your pocket
along in time.

Walk through the footprints of the
Good Shepherd
The terrain may be rugged and
steep
As long as you travel along with Him
You'll never go astray until the end.

Heed the call with glow and glee
Make Him the anchor of your life in
whatever you do
Stay by His side come rain or shine.
He loves you more than anybody can.

The Humble Musician of the Virgin of the Poor

Si Brother Kenneth Macahipay ay ipinanganak noong November 3, 1999 sa Culipapa, Negros Occidental at ang kanyang mga magulang ay sina Margie at Conrado. Siya ay panganay sa tatlong magkakapatid na sina Kennechie at Hanz, sa pangingisda kumukuha ng pangunahing pangangailangan at pamilya. Noong 2016 sa edad na 17 taong gulang siya ay pumasok sa congregation ng Brothers of Christ upang tumugon sa tawag ng Diyos na paglingkuran ang mga mahihirap at mga may sakit. At noong 2020 ay ang kanyang profession of Vows, na piniling nyang mabuhay para kay Kristo magpakailanman. Noong 2023 sya ay nagtapos ng Bachelor in Philosophy. Si Brother Kenneth ay kilala sa kanyang personalidad na tamihik at palaging nakangiti. Sa community ang kanyang mga duties ay mag-alaga ng mga stundyante, musician at driver na kanyang ginappanan ng may kababaang loob. Siya ay namatay sa edad na 23 noong July 3, 2023 dahil sa isang car accident.
