Why do we engage in prayer walking for our community and nation?

Young people are walking in faith, lifting every street, home, and life to God through a prayer walk. This sacred act is more than simply walking, it is intentional intercession, where believers pray on-site for the welfare of their community, asking God to bring peace, protection, and transformation. Rooted in the truth of Jeremiah 29:7, “Seek the peace and prosperity of the city… Pray to the Lord for it,” prayer walking reflects the call of God’s people to stand in the gap for others (Ezekiel 22:30), to claim His promises by faith (Joshua 1:3), and to invite His presence wherever they go (Matthew 18:20). It is also a form of spiritual battle, recognizing that our struggle is not against flesh and blood (Ephesians 6:12), and a living expression of faith in action (James 2:17). As these young people walk and pray, they declare God’s goodness over their community, believing that as they seek the welfare of their city, they too will experience His blessing and peace.

Go youths, show it that you are hope of this city and nation through Jesus Christ❤️‍🔥🫶🙌

Defending the faith is not about proving others wrong, but about sharing the hope we have in Christ with 𝙡𝙤𝙫𝙚, 𝙝𝙪𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮, and 𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙥𝙚𝙘𝙩.

Last April 10, 2026, during our 𝓨𝓸𝓾𝓽𝓱 𝓙𝓪𝓶, we were reminded through 1 Peter 3:15 to 𝒂𝒍𝒘𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝒃𝒆 𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒚 𝒕𝒐 𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒂𝒏 𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒘𝒆𝒓 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒇𝒂𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒍𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒏 𝒖𝒔. Through the inspiring message of 𝐒𝐢𝐬. 𝐑𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐛𝐮𝐚, we learned that standing firm in our beliefs requires not only knowledge, but also a Christ-like attitude in the way we speak and act.

In a world filled with questions, doubts, and different beliefs, we are called to respond with gentleness, patience, and truth. Defending our faith means living it out daily—showing kindness, extending grace, and reflecting the love of Jesus in everything we do. It is through our actions that others will see the reality of God in our lives.

As young people, we are encouraged to grow deeper in our relationship with God, to study His Word, and to be bold in standing for what is right. Let us not be afraid to speak about our faith, but always do so with a heart that honors Him.

We are truly grateful for the life and message, shared by Sis. Rhearose Pabua. Thank you for reminding us to stand firm, speak with grace, and live out our faith every day. May God continue to bless and use you to inspire more young hearts for His glory.

Our Hearts Day celebration was truly meaningful and inspiring. Instead of focusing only on romantic love, we were reminded of the greatest love of all— is 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗚𝗢𝗗.

The message encouraged every young person to put God first, to grow in faith, and to trust His perfect timing muna in every area of life, especially in relationships.

We are deeply thankful to our guest speakers, Mr. & Mrs. 𝑩𝒓𝒚𝒂𝒏 and 𝒁𝒆𝒛𝒆𝒍𝒊𝒂 𝑷𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒂𝒏𝒐𝒓𝒐𝒏, for sharing their wisdom, experiences, and inspiring testimony. Your words reminded us that a Christ-centered relationship is built on patience, trust, and a strong foundation in God.
