The Lord invites us to enter through the โ€œnarrow doorโ€ a path that may not always be easy, but leads us toward salvation and a life closer to God. May we have the courage to choose Christ each day, remain steadfast in faith, and live according to His teachings.

On this 21st Sunday in Ordinary Time, let us remember Jesusโ€™ invitation to choose the narrow path that leads us closer to God. May we remain faithful in our journey of faith, trusting in the Lord and living according to His teachings.

Our Eucharistic Celebration will be held at 9:30 AM at the Diocesan Chapel of the Black Nazarene.

๐—œ๐—ก ๐—ฃ๐—›๐—ข๐—ง๐—ข๐—ฆ | The Cavinitan Pastoral Council and Cavinitan Youth Pastoral Forum joined the Worship Dance to give praise and honor to our Mother, the Blessed Virgin Mary.

The streets were filled with different groups joyfully dancing under the rays of the sun. This celebration is part of the preparations for the upcoming 3rd Parish Fiesta of Mary the Queen Parish in Calatagan, Virac, Catanduanes. May our devotion to Mama Mary continue to bring us closer to her Son, Jesus Christ.

Today, August 22, 2026, we joyfully celebrate Mary as Queen of Heaven and Earth. May we look to her humble faith, loving obedience, and unwavering trust in God as an example for our own journey. May Mary, our Queen and Mother, continually lead us closer to her Son, Jesus, and teach us to say โ€œyesโ€ to Godโ€™s will with faith and love.

May our devotion to the Black Nazarene be reflected not only in our prayers, but also in the way we forgive, serve, care, and show love to others. May Jesus Nazareno guide our hearts, strengthen our faith, and lead us closer to God each day. Nazareno, teach us to love as You have loved us.
