Youth Spiritual Retreat | Day 2 & Final Night
Our second day and final night of the Youth Spiritual Retreat were filled with meaningful lessons, deep reflection, and powerful encounters with God.
One of the highlights of the retreat was the "Walking with God" activity. As each participant was blindfolded and guided along the path, they were reminded that life is often uncertain. We do not know what lies ahead, what challenges we may face, or where the road may lead. Yet, just as they learned to trust their guide, we are called to place our faith in God and walk closely with Him. This activity beautifully illustrated that despite obstacles, struggles, and difficult circumstances, we can confidently move forward because Jesus is with us. He is the Author and Finisher of our faith, and He calls us to abide in Him every step of the way.
Another powerful highlight was our
"Spiritual Encounter Night". Through reflection stations, prayer, and personal moments with God, our youth were given the opportunity to go to the stations pause and honestly examine their lives before the Lord.
In every station, God met each participant in a unique and personal way bringing conviction, healing, comfort, encouragement, and renewal. It was a sacred time of surrender, allowing God to speak into our hearts regardless of our current struggles, questions, or circumstances.
We were also blessed by the inspiring messages shared by Pastor Raymond in the afternoon and Pastor Jesson during our final night, both of whom faithfully pointed us back to God's Word and challenged us to deepen our walk with Christ.
As this retreat comes to a close, we thank God for the lives He touched and the seeds He planted in the hearts of our youth. Our prayer is that this experience will not be the end, but the beginning of a renewed and vibrant walk with Jesus.
