An Evening of Prayer, Silence, and Peace

This Saturday evening, the Youth of St. Anne Parish conduct a beautiful Taizé Prayer, a sacred time to slow down, be still, and encounter God through prayer, Scripture, silence, and song.

Come as you are. Let us quiet our hearts, lift our intentions, and rest in the presence of the Lord. 🤍

IN PHOTOS | A Day of Grace: Nativity of Mary

The bells will ring, the prayers will rise, and the streets will come alive with faith as St. Anne Parish joyfully celebrates the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary.

With candles glowing and hearts lifted in prayer, we walk together in honor of our beloved MARY, carrying with us our hopes, thanksgiving, and petitions. Every step becomes a prayer; every voice becomes a hymn of love.

As the procession reaches its culmination, we gather around the altar for the Ceremonial Mass, giving thanks to God for the birth of Mary, the humble woman whose YES became part of the story of our salvation.

As the afternoon light begins to soften, hundreds of hearts unite in one prayer. Be part of the Living Rosary, where each person becomes a living bead and every Hail Mary rises as a prayer for our families, our parish, our community, and the whole world.

As we celebrate the birth of the Blessed Virgin, be inspired by what holy men and women have said about her. Tomorrow, September 8, we celebrate the Nativity of Mary. From the moment her parents, Sts. Anne and Joachim, conceived their daughter, God had laid out a difficult but glorious path for their little girl.

Let us come together in prayer and devotion as we honor Mary, our Mother, and continue our journey of faith with her.

The community of Sapian gathered in joyful celebration of the 90th Religious Fiesta of St. Anne, our beloved patron saint. Through the Holy Eucharist, we celebrated God’s goodness and gave thanks for the blessings that continue to unite us as one community.

May the example of St. Anne inspire us to grow deeper in faith, stronger in love, and more faithful in our journey with Christ.

The Fiesta Mass was presided over by Rev. Fr. Msgr. Rufino Pamposa.
