1 Kings 19:1–8:

When Elijah was exhausted, afraid, and ready to give up, God did not condemn him—He provided rest, food, and renewed strength for the journey ahead.

1 Kings 19:1–8 reminds us that even in our lowest moments, God's care meets us where we are. Rest, trust, and keep going, for the journey is not over yet.

"Arise and eat, for the journey is too great for you." — 1 Kings 19:7

Day 3 of our VBS Treasure Hunt is doneee!
Today’s treasure: PAG-IBIG 🫶

Today, we learned about Mary pouring perfume on Jesus’ feet — a beautiful reminder of sincere and wholehearted love for God 🤍

And habang tumutugtog Ang “Every praise, every praise is to our God…” 🎶 sa gitna ng takbuhan, tawanan, at chaotic little moments ng araw na ‘to 😭💨 mas lalo naming nakita kung paano kumikilos si Lord through these kids 🥹✨

Because these kids remind us that faith can be simple. Love can be sincere. And coming to Jesus can look like a child running into open arms 🤍

Today’s treasure: KALIGTASAN 🤍🗺️

Another adventure unlocked with our little pirates—full of takbuhan, tawanan, sigawan, at mga unexpected “Captain, saan po yun?” moments 😭💨
Parang bawat station, may sariling chaos pero may kasamang saya at learning 🥹✨

Pero sa gitna ng lahat, pinaka-importante pa rin ang natutunan namin today: na si Jesus ang tunay na kaligtasan at pinakamahalagang treasure 🤍

Another day of fun, faith, and unforgettable kid moments 🌈

Patuloy nating ipanalangin na lumaki silang may pusong mas nagmamahal kay Jesus kaysa sa anumang kayamanan sa mundo ✨

“Freely you have received; freely give.” — Matthew 10:8

Bago isinugo ng Panginoon ang Kanyang mga alagad, binigyan Niya muna sila ng kapangyarihan at pagmamahal—nang walang bayad, walang kondisyon, at higit sa lahat, nang libre.

Sa konteksto ng pagpapatawad, dito natin makikita na ang pagpapatawad ay hindi isang "transaction," kundi isang "gift" ng pagmamahal na natanggap natin kay Lord. 🎁

Madalas nating sinasabi, "Magpapatawad lang ako kapag nag-sorry na siya." Pero ang turo ni Lord ay iba:

✨ Magbigay (Give)
✨ Magpatawad
✨ Magpalaya .

Ang pagpapatawad ay hindi dahil "okay" ang ginawa nila, kundi dahil ito ang paraan natin para maipakita ang pagmamahal na nakuha natin kay Lord. It is an act of generosity. When we forgive, we are not losing anything; we are simply giving what has been freely given to us.

Huwag hayaang mabilanggo ang iyong puso sa bigat ng nakaraan. Palayain ang sarili at bigyang-daan ang kapayapaang nagmumula kay Lord, dahil ang pusong nagpapatawad ay pusong nakahandang tumanggap ng higit pang pagmamahal. Gaya ng paalala sa atin:

"Bear with each other and forgive one another if any of you has a grievance against someone. Forgive as the Lord forgave you." (Colossians 3:13)

Dahil ang tunay na FORGIVING ay para sa GIVING. ✨

Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

As the year comes to a close, isang bagay ang pipiliin natin ito ay
Glorify the Lord together. This year brought joys, trials, and victories pero through it all, God has been faithful.

Come and join us as we celebrate the true meaning of Christmas
the coming of the Messiah, our true freedom.

Because of Him, we are saved, redeemed, and set free.
Let’s welcome the new year by exalting and glorifying God, with grateful hearts, lifting one voice of praise as one family in Christ.
