๐ŸŒธ Sister Dela Viรฑa, now on the field, happy serving the people of Tacloban Mission.

๐ŸŒท Sister Aguirre, continuing her labor and selfless service in the Lord's vineyard at Bacolod Mission.

๐ŸŒผ Sister Ferrer is currently in the Provo MTC, preparing for her assignment in the China Hong Kong Mission. Sheโ€™s learning, growing, and enjoying every moment of her stay! ๐Ÿ‡ญ๐Ÿ‡ฐ๐Ÿ’™

The members of our ward extend their heartfelt congratulations to ๐๐ซ๐จ. ๐‘๐จ๐š๐ฅ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ข๐ฆ๐ฌ๐จ๐ง on the occasion of his baptism, held on July 26. This sacred ordinance marks a significant milestone in his commitment to follow the Savior, Jesus Christ, and to walk the covenant path.

The Calamba 1st Ward rejoice with him and his loved ones as they celebrate this meaningful step of faith and discipleship. We pray that the Lord will continue to bless Bro. Quimson with strength, wisdom, and enduring faith as he strives to keep his covenants. Meet the newly called Bishopric of Calamba First Ward and their wonderful families.

We express our love and gratitude as they answer the Lord's call to serve. We know that this sacred responsibility is not carried by the bishopric alone, but is strengthened by the faith, love, and unwavering support of their families.

May the Lord bless Bishop Jared Realubit, his counselors, and their families with wisdom, strength, peace, and the companionship of the Holy Ghost as they serve the members of the ward. We sustain you, pray for you, and look forward with faith as we continue to build the Lord's kingdom together.

As we conclude the faithful ministry of former Bishop Armocilla, we express our deepest gratitude for his Christlike leadership, love, and dedicated service to the members of Calamba First Ward. His example has strengthened many lives and will continue to be remembered with appreciation.

With faith and hope, we welcome a new chapter in the Lord's work. During the Ward Conference held on July 12, 2026, in Pansol, Calamba City, the members of Calamba First Ward, Calamba Philippines Stake, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints sustained and welcomed Bishop Jared Realubit as the newly called and set apart bishop, together with his counselors, Brother Rayel Avin Paz and Brother Mark Vincent Pacate, Brother Israel Seth Manzano as Executive Secretary, Brother Edward Lotereรฑa Jr. as Ward Clerk, and Brother Jared Flores as Assistant Ward Clerk.

As members of the Church, we sustain those whom the Lord has called, knowing that He qualifies those He chooses. We pray that our new bishopric and ward leaders will be blessed with wisdom, strength, humility, and the guidance of the Holy Ghost as they shepherd the flock of Jesus Christ.

May we all move forward with unity, faith, and charity, working hand in hand to build Zion, strengthen our testimonies, and help one another come unto Christ.

A One year Tribute to the faithful service, Christlike leadership, and unwavering dedication Calamba First Ward Leaders lead by our Bishopric called and set apart on March 2025.

Today, we honor and express our heartfelt gratitude to the leaders of Calamba First Ward, Calamba Philippines Stake of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for a year of serving with faith, love, and devotion. Thank you for your selfless sacrifices, inspired guidance, and tireless efforts in strengthening the ward and helping individuals come unto Christ.

We warmly congratulate ๐‘†๐‘–๐‘ ๐‘ก๐‘’๐‘Ÿ ๐น๐‘’๐‘Ÿ๐‘Ÿ๐‘’๐‘Ÿ, who has been called to serve as a full-time missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the ๐ถโ„Ž๐‘–๐‘›๐‘Ž ๐ป๐‘œ๐‘›๐‘” ๐พ๐‘œ๐‘›๐‘” ๐‘€๐‘–๐‘ ๐‘ ๐‘–๐‘œ๐‘›.

After completing her two-week Home MTC, Sister Ferrer departed on July 6, 2026, to continue her training at the Provo Missionary Training Center (MTC).

We express our gratitude to her family, friends, and Bishop Armocilla for their love and steadfast support as she embarks on this sacred mission. We pray that the Lord will continue to bless Sister Ferrer with faith, strength, and dedication as she serves Him in the China Hong Kong Mission. May the Holy Ghost guide her in her efforts, and may the hearts of the people she meets be touched by the Saviorโ€™s love and the message of His restored gospel.

Walking with Christ, Together

Last May 12โ€“13, 2026, our Young Women Camp gave us the opportunity to slow down, connect, and grow together. Throughout the camp, we enjoyed morning devotional, a refreshing morning walk at UPLB, time for journaling, cooking our own meals, a boodle feast, fun team-building water games, and a spiritual testimony meeting.

More than the activities, we are grateful for the friendships strengthened, the testimonies shared, and the memories we created together.

A big thank you to all the youth leaders and young women who made this camp possible. Your time, effort, and participation made these two days truly special. We are grateful for each one of you and look forward to creating more Christ-centered memories together. ๐Ÿ€

Itโ€™s Great to Be Eight!

Last April 19, 2026, we held our Baptism and Confirmation Preparation Meeting for children preparing to enter the covenant path through baptism. It was a special opportunity to learn about the importance of baptism and confirmation, strengthen their faith in Jesus Christ, and prepare for this sacred milestone.

We are grateful to the primary, their families, and everyone who helped make this meeting meaningful. Congratulations to our upcoming eight-year-olds, weโ€™re excited for this special step in your journey of faith! โœจ
