๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ง๐๐๐ฒ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ซ๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ , ๐๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฏ๐๐ ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ญ๐ก๐๐ซ๐ฌ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฌ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ซ๐ฌ ๐ข๐ง ๐๐ก๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ!
Today, as we gather both for worship and fellowship, let us be reminded of the beautiful truth found in Hebrews 10:24-25 (NIV):
"And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one anotherโand all the more as you see the Day approaching."
Family is a gift from God โ and the Church is His family too.
This Sunday is a special day because we are not just coming together to worship, but also to celebrate the gift of fellowship, unity, and love through our Family Church Salo-salo.
Psalm 133:1 (NIV) beautifully reminds us:
"How good and pleasant it is when Godโs people live together in unity!"
Unity is a precious blessing. In a world that often divides and isolates, God calls His people to be one โ one heart, one mind, and one purpose. He designed us to walk together, to support each other, to pray for one another, to celebrate victories, and to carry one another's burdens.
Our gathering today โ every smile, every story shared, every meal โ is more than just tradition.
It is an act of worship. It reflects God's heart for His people: living in unity, showing love, and building each other up.
Galatians 6:10 (NIV) urges us:
"Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers."
Today, letโs take this opportunity:
-To listen with open hearts.
-To love with genuine kindness.
-To encourage with sincere words.
-To build memories that honor God.
Remember, our fellowship is a testimony to the world โ that Christ is alive in us, and that we are His disciples by the way we love one another (John 13:35).
This day is a celebration not just of food and fun, but of Godโs faithfulness, His love, and His promise that where two or three are gathered in His Name, He is right here in our midst (Matthew 18:20).
As we enjoy our time together, may the joy of the Lord be our strength.
May His Spirit fill every conversation, every prayer, every moment of laughter.
Let us cherish today, knowing that moments like this are glimpses of the eternal celebration we will one day have together in Heaven โ at the great banquet of the Lamb.
