KABUHAYAN NG MGA JEEPNEY DRIVERS, PROTEKTAHAN, IPAGLABAN!
JEEPNEY PHASEOUT, TUTULAN!

BUKAS, sa ika-30 ng Abril 2024, ay ang itinakdang deadline para sa franchise consolidation ng mga pampasaherong jeep. Ibig sabihin, sa mga susunod na araw at linggo, libo-libong mga tsuper na hindi pumaloob sa consolidation ay tiyak na mawawalan ng pangkabuhyaan.

Bilang mga kabataang lider ng United Church of Christ in the Philippines (UCCP), ang Christian Youth Fellowship (CYF) ay nagkakaisa upang i-abante ang panawagan ng ating mga tsuper at sa tulad din nating mga komyuter.

Kami ay kasamang tumitindig para sa mas makataong tugon para sa modernisasyon ng ating transportasyon. Itaguyod at isabuhay ang pagmamalasakit at pagmamahal na sentro ng ating pananampalataya bilang mga tagasunod ni Hesus.

Ang jeep ay hindi lamang panturistang sakayan, ito ay kabuhayan ng mga tsuper at bahagi ng buhay ng mayoryang Pilipino.

Kaya nanawagan kami sa lahat na makiisa sa laban na ito. Dahil ang laban ng tsuper ay laban nating mga komyuter! Ang laban ng mamamayan ay laban ng mga Kristiyanong kabataan!
