Eto ay mga sinyales na masama ang pakiramdam mo.
Same with spiritual aspects,
Walang ganang mag basa ng Bible.
Walang ganang mag serve.
Walang ganang mag pray.
Mga sinyales na there is something wrong with our walk with the Lord. We have no desire because wala nang fire, at wala nang fire kasi wala nang prayer.
But don't worry, God is our great healer. He does not only heals physically but also emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, He is the great all-sufficient physician.
Ask God to heal your mental malady.
Ask God to heal your emotional illness.
Ask God to heal your spiritual sickness.
God knows we can be drained and weakened, everyone goes through it, every Christian experiences it, you are not alone. So don't be ashamed to ask others to pray for you, it's a biblical thing to do so. Because In your weakest moments, you need God and you also need others.
