Yes, the chair.

Not the microphone.
Not the spotlight.
Not the pulpit.

The chair.

Because fixing the chair means serving when no one is clapping.
It means bending your knees before you ever stand on a platform.
It means choosing humility over recognition.

In a generation that wants the stage, few are willing to carry the chairs.
In a time when many desire titles, few desire towels.

But remember, before there was ever a throne, there was a cross.
Before the crown, there was suffering.
Before exaltation, there was humility.

Even our Lord Jesus washed feet (John 13:14–15).
Even He chose the lowest place.

Fixing the chair is not small.
It is sacred.

Because when you align a chair, you prepare a place for someone to encounter God.
When you sweep the floor, you clear the ground for miracles.
When you serve in silence, heaven takes notice.

The hardest ministry is not preaching.
It is staying humble.
It is serving when you feel unseen.
It is showing up when nobody says thank you.

But hear this:

God promotes the faithful.
God sees the hidden.
God rewards the servant.

Luke 16:10 says, "Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much.”

If you cannot fix the chair with joy, you are not ready for the altar.

The chair ministry breaks pride.
It crushes ego.
It builds character.

And in a world full of performers, God is still looking for servants.

So if your assignment today is to fix the chair,
Fix it with fire.
Fix it with honor.
Fix it knowing that Heaven is watching.

Because the one who is faithful in the hidden
will one day be revealed in glory.
