October is Pastor Appreciation Month! 🙌
Pastors give so much of themselves — their time, their energy, their hearts — often without much said in return. This month, let's change that.
Here are 5 simple ways to bless a pastor this October:
1️⃣ Write a handwritten note. Tell them specifically what their ministry has meant to you — a sermon that stuck, a moment they showed up for you.
2️⃣ Volunteer to serve where they need it most. Ask what's been hardest to keep staffed — nursery, parking lot, tech booth — and show up to lighten that specific load.
3️⃣ Bless their family. Pastors' spouses and kids carry a lot too — a gift card for a date night or a fun outing for their kids goes a long way.
4️⃣ Pray for them by name — and tell them you did. Knowing someone is specifically praying for them means more than most people realize.
5️⃣ Say thank you publicly. Tag a pastor in the comments below who's shaped your faith.
