One of the most exhausting ways to live is constantly wondering if you are doing enough for God.

Am I praying enough?
Reading enough?
Growing enough?
Changing enough?

Many believers spend years examining themselves under a microscope.

Looking for flaws.
Looking for failures.
Looking for proof that they are finally measuring up.

But what if that was never the point?

One of the most misunderstood statements Jesus made is:

“You will recognize them by their fruits.”

Many people hear that and immediately become spiritual inspectors.

Inspecting themselves.
Inspecting others.
Analyzing every mistake and every weakness.

But Jesus was not talking about struggling believers.

He was warning about false voices.

Voices that look spiritual on the outside but lead people away from the heart of God.

Because false teaching always produces fruit.

Fear.
Condemnation.
Exhaustion.
Performance.
Constant striving.

It tells people they must earn what Jesus already paid for.

And eventually, that kind of teaching leaves people tired.

Always trying.
Never resting.

But the Gospel produces different fruit.

Peace.

Freedom.

Confidence before God.

Not confidence in yourself...

confidence in Jesus.

Because the finished work of Christ changes everything.

You are not trying to become accepted.

In Christ, you already are.

You are not working toward righteousness.

Jesus became your righteousness.

You are not striving to get closer to God.

The cross already brought you near.

That does not make believers careless.

It makes them secure.

And secure people grow differently than fearful people.

Fruit grows naturally on a healthy tree.

It is not taped onto the branches.

In the same way, real transformation flows from abiding in Jesus.

Not from pressure.

Not from fear.

Not from endless self-inspection.

The more you behold Christ,
the more His life flows through you.

And maybe this is what someone needs to hear today:

Stop staring at your weaknesses long enough to look at your Savior.

Because your hope is not found in your ability to produce fruit.

Your hope is found in the One who gives life to the tree.

Jesus is not asking you to carry the burden of becoming your own source.

He is inviting you to rest in Him.

And when you do...

the fruit takes care of itself.

God never designed giving to be a burden.
In 2 Corinthians 9:6–8, Paul reminds us that the heart behind the seed matters more than the size of the seed.

A stingy heart produces a limited harvest,
but a generous heart opens the door for God’s abundance.

Biblical giving is not:
❌ forced
❌ pressured
❌ for show

True giving is:
✅ joyful
✅ willing
✅ flowing from love for God

When you give with the right heart, you are not becoming empty—you are becoming available for God to pour through.

DiscipleTip:
• Don’t give just because it’s required. Give because Christ has already been generous to you.
• Generosity is not measured by amount, but by surrender.
• A disciple understands that everything he has came from God, so he learns to give freely.

God is able to supply every need, every season, and every good work.

The more surrendered your heart becomes, the more God can trust you to become a channel of blessing.
“Start with gratitude, and generosity will follow.”

3. Pastor Ezzard's 60th Birthday Tribute by LEBap and Friends of the LEBap Ministries.
The priceless surprise that Pastor Ezzard would always remember is the love and respect he received from the LEBap Family. Beyond the gifts and the attention, he would always cherish the memories of a shared familial love and unity.

Maski sa inyong nakatahimik lang at mahiyaing nakaupo sa gilid tuwing araw ng samba, subalit patuloy na naglilingkod at nananampalataya sa ating Diyos, kayo ang aming inspirasyon upang patuloy na "basta magsilbi lang ng tapat, Diyos na ang bahalang magpala."

Pastor Ezzard's most memorable and fulfilling ministry to date is LEBap. It happened when he obeyed God's call in starting a mission in Bugallon. God rewarded him with his vision of seeing noisy children and lively young people in the church; with adults that lead and serve by example. The LEBap Family is a balanced demographic in which all family units are represented. The pastor is not retiring yet. But the vision is expanding.

Salamat po sa inyong pagmamahal. Sa mga sakripisyo sa pagbibigay, sa ambagan sa hapag, sa mga kusang-loob mapaganda at mapasaya lang ang araw na ito. Mahirap man ang buhay sa ating bansa ngayon subalit marami na rin tayong pinagdaanang krisis. Mula pa man noong panahon ng Covid, hanggang ngayon pero ang Diyos lamang ang nagtatawid sa ating lahat. Ating tandaan: Kaya natin ang krisis basta may Kristo.

Sana'y magkita kita pa tayo sa 25th Anniversary ng LEBap!

2. “Ambagan sa Hapag”
In celebration of LEBap’s 24th, all kaLEBap members and families contributed into coming up with a simple lunch of lechon manok with side dish of achara or buttered veggies and sorbetes to feed 300 people. Maraming salamat po sa bayanihan at pagsasama-sama ng lahat. May the Lord bless your family and overflow your tables with more meals in return.

Thank you for exhibiting patience and discipline. Let the LEBap spirit of “bigayan, basta masaya lang ang fellowship,” lives on!
