We need to be consecrated Christian worshippers.

We can sing Christian songs without necessarily living a Christlike life.Deep worship is not only expressed through songs—it is also seen in how deeply we live in His Word.

Ability, character, and anointing must work together.
Unsaon ang abilidad kung walay karakter?
Unsaon ang karakter kung dili willing i-develop ang abilidad?
Ug unsaon ang duha kung wala ang dihog sa Balaang Espiritu?

Christian service needs the power and empowerment of the Holy Spirit. We may be limited, but the work of the Holy Spirit is limitless.

For musicians and worship leaders, being musically prepared is not the problem—being spiritually unprepared is.

Anointing does not start at the microphone or on the platform. It starts within you, in your quiet prayers, at the altar of your heart, and in your surrender.

It is not about standing on the platform thinking, “I can do this,” but humbly admitting, “I can do nothing without God.”

Pride can easily enter a worship team through the platform, microphones, lights, applause, and audience. So we must always guard our hearts and remember that worship is never about drawing attention to ourselves, but pointing people to God.

May our worship be more than what we do on the platform, may it be a life fully surrendered to God, always for His glory.

And may this always be our posture, not only in worship, but in our personal lives:

“He must increase, but I must decrease.”🤍
