The Youth and Young Single Adults of ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐ต๐๐ฟ๐ฐ๐ต ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ ๐๐ต๐ฟ๐ถ๐๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐๐ฎ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ-๐ฑ๐ฎ๐ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐ถ๐ป๐๐โ ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ฎ๐น๐ฏ๐ฎ๐ด๐ฎ๐ป ๐ฆ๐๐ฎ๐ธ๐ฒ gathered for a ๐ ๐ถ๐ป๐ถ ๐ ๐ง๐ ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐๐ถ๐๐ which is designed to help them learn, grow, and experience the joy of missionary work.
Throughout the activity, participants engaged in different classes and learning experiences where they were taught the foundations of missionary work, including scripture study, prayer, practice teaching, sharing the gospel, strengthening testimonies and relying on the guidance of the Holy Ghost.
But the experience did not stop inside their rooms. The youth and YSA were also given the opportunity to participate in ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฒ๐น๐ฑ ๐บ๐ถ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ธ, allowing them to put what they learned into practice. Through teaching, talking with others, sharing their testimonies, and inviting people to come unto Christ, they experienced firsthand what it means to be a missionary.
These experiences helped them develop greater ๐ฐ๐ผ๐ป๐ณ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ, ๐น๐ผ๐๐ฒ ๐ณ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ผ๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐, and a deeper desire to serve the Savior. More importantly, they were reminded that missionary work is not only something we do when we receive a full-time mission callโit is part of being a disciple of Jesus Christ.
