Naval District Celebrates Global Youth Day 2026 |
“Communion in Action”

This Sunday marked a meaningful gathering as the youth of Naval District united in faith and purpose. Thirteen churches came together in Brgy. Cabungaan to celebrate Global Youth Day 2026, embracing the theme “Communion in Action.”

More than just a program, the event became a living testimony- that genuine communion with Christ inspires us to move, serve, and make a difference. The activity started with songs of praise and moments in the Word in a short devotional, the youth were reminded that worship goes beyond the church- it is reflected in a life committed to service, compassion, and mission.

A shared mission to reflect Christ daily and bring His love into a world that needs hope.

📢 ANNOUNCEMENT | Global Youth Day 2026

Due to a schedule conflict at the Cabunga-an Basketball Court on March 21, 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲 (GYD) 2026 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐛𝐞 𝐦𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲, March 22, 2026 (morning).

This decision was made in coordination with the Barangay and after careful deliberation by the youth leaders to ensure a smooth and meaningful celebration for everyone.

📍 Venue: Cabunga-an Basketball Court
⏰ Time: Morning (8:00 AM-12:00 PM)

To join the global celebration of Global Youth Day, we warmly invite everyone to 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐚𝐛𝐛𝐚𝐭𝐡 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 this 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲 at the 𝐍𝐚𝐯𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐃𝐀 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐡. The program will run from Sabbath School, Divine Worship, up to the AY Program.

In addition, this Day will serve as our time to gather the necessary items for our ministries. These include, 𝐑𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐥𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 for our Ukay-Ukay Ministry.
𝐒𝐨 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐦 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮.

All items will be collected on Sabbath to ensure a smooth and organized transport on Sunday going to Cabungaan.

As we prepare our hearts for the upcoming Global Youth Day this March 21, 2026, we invite and encourage all Adventist young people across the Naval District to unite in a special 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝘆𝗲𝗿 on March 15 - 20, 2026.

This is a wonderful opportunity for our youth to gather, reflect on God’s Word, strengthen their faith, and be spiritually prepared to serve our communities during 𝐆𝐥𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐥 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐃𝐚𝐲.

We warmly encourage every church around the Naval District to participate and organize Youth Week of Prayer meetings in your local churches. Resources are out. We've created a suggested structure for your church to follow; simply cusomize the participant names with yours.
