SOLWIN CHURCH DISCIPLESHIP AND LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROCESS
At Solwin Church, we are committed to developing strong disciples and leaders for God’s kingdom.
Every church member is encouraged to join a cell group and actively participate in the discipleship process to grow in faith and leadership.
1. ENCOUNTER WEEKEND (2 Days)
This two-day retreat is the starting point of the discipleship journey, focusing on three key areas:
FREEDOM – Breaking free from past struggles, pain, curses, and anything that keeps a person in bo***ge.
FOCUS – After experiencing freedom, the participant will be led to focus on God and His purpose, aiming to become more like Christ.
FIRE – With a renewed focus, the participant will learn to depend on the power of the Holy Spirit, preparing them to serve God not by their own strength but through the Spirit’s guidance.
After attending the Encounter weekend, members begin their spiritual journey through a structured leadership development program, progressing through four levels of training.
2. LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT 1 (LD1)
A 10-lesson course covering basic Christian doctrines to build a strong foundation of faith.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT 2 (LD2)
A continuation of the first course, this 10-lesson series deepens the participant’s understanding of Christian doctrines and biblical principles.

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT 3 (LD3)
A 7-lesson course focusing on cell group ministry, teaching members how to:
Start a small group
Lead and disciple others
Manage and sustain a growing cell group

3. Ang Kayarian/Istruktura ng Cell

7. Mga Pagsasanay At Paghahanda – (Opening Cell)
After completing the lessons, participants will undergo 3 weeks of On-the-Job Training (OJT):

3. RE-ENCOUNTER GOD RETREAT (2 Days)
A two-day retreat designed to deepen spiritual growth, strengthen faith, and prepare participants to become Christlike and God-honoring leaders.
LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT 4 (LD4)
A 10-lesson course focused on Christ-like leadership, teaching biblical leadership principles based on Jesus’ example.

*Flexible schedules for those with shifting work hours
*Make-up classes for those who miss a session, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to complete the discipleship process
