As part of the celebration of the Holy Rosary Month, the Legionaries took turns watching over the Marian Exhibit prepared in honor of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Throughout the day, the members of the Legion of Mary were assigned to look after the exhibit, assist visitors, and ensure that the place remained peaceful and prayerful. Their presence was not only for supervision but also as a way of offering time and effort to the Blessed Mother.

During their assigned hours, some of the Legionaries spent their time praying the Holy Rosary. Their prayers served as an offering of faith and a reminder for everyone who passed by to take a moment to reflect and pray. In these moments, the spirit of faithfulness and devotion among the Legionaries became visible, showing their dedication not just in words but as well as in action.

Inside the Marian Exhibit were beautifully arranged images and statues of the Blessed Virgin Mary, surrounded by flowers, candles, and messages of prayer. Through this simple but meaningful activity, the Legionaries helped strengthen the community’s faith and reminded everyone about the importance of prayer and love for the Blessed Mother during the month of the Holy Rosary.

Mama Mary's Birthday | ISJAI Junior Legionaries

At the break of dawn, our Junior Legionaries gathered in love and faith to honor Mama Mary on her birthday through the Holy Mass at 6 AM. Rising early was not just a sacrifice, but a gift of time, presence, and devotion to the Mother who always leads us closer to her Son. 🌸🙏

Just as Mary said “yes” with all her heart, may we too learn to say “yes” to God’s call in our daily lives, joyfully, faithfully, and humbly.

May her life of humility, obedience, and unwavering faith continue to guide us as young legionaries, so that in our simple ways we may grow closer to Jesus through her. 🌹🙏

Closing Celebration of Jubilee of Youth | ISJAI Junior Legionaries 🙏💙

With the glimpse of light from our youth, hope has lightened up our world. We always see the youth of our community as the ones who will continue the humble beginnings we came from. They shed light on the dark times, giving hope to those full with doubt and pessimism. Their young and pure souls, if guided properly, will bloom into individuals who will illuminate their surroundings with kindness and faith. In the times when our faith and the youth are being distant, may they see the direction that their heart points out to and the direction where God is waiting for them.

As part of the journey of strengthening the bridge between the youth and God, the officers of the ISJAI Junior Legionaries, together with the youth of the Archdiocese of Lipa, attended the closing celebration of the Jubilee of Youth. The spiritual talks and other activities reminded them that they are the hope of our community, therefore they have to choose kindness and be the individuals they picture themselves contributing to the community that they belong to.

Nourishing their faith and their values, our youth is our hope!💙💐

Second Legion of Mary Meeting | ISJAI Junior Legionaries🙏🏻💙

Many people are so broken and crushed by the sins of our society that they have given up hope. Some consider su***de while most people choose the slow su***de of compulsive behavior, staring at their handheld electronic device, mindless TV-watching, or empty pleasure-seeking. However, even in a world crushed by the wages of sin, we have hope. Today’s solemn feast day of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary proclaims Mary, Jesus’ mother, as a sign of hope. From the Holy Spirit’s prophetic word to the Church for centuries, we believe that Mary was taken up into heaven at the end of her earthly life. Through the power of her Son, Mary had immediate and total victory over death and decay. She is a sign of hope that we also can see God’s glory and victory in our lives no matter how bad our situation. We can proclaim “the greatness of the Lord,” find “joy in God” our Savior, and see Him do “great things” for us (Lk 1:46-49). Mary has received the fullness of God’s grace. She gives us sure hope that we will also be “full of grace” (Lk 1:28).

This month, we celebrate not just a movement, but a mission to serve Christ through Mary with humility, love, and prayer. As Junior Legionaries, we are called to be light in little ways, by praying faithfully, acting kindly, and offering each moment to God. Mama Mary, form our hearts to be gentle like yours. Let our “Yes” echo in every act of love we do. 🙏

First Legion of Mary Meeting | ISJAI Junior Legionaries 💙🙏

In the midst of our busy schedules and limited time, we gathered as young hearts saying yes to Mama Mary. Yesterday was more than just a meeting. It was a quiet reminder that even in small beginnings, great things can unfold when done with love and prayer. May this first step lead us deeper into faith, service, and unity as Legionaries of ISJAI. Mama Mary, continue to guide our hearts.

Feast of the entire Latin Church. It was first observed at Cuenca, Spain in 1513, then extended to the universal Church and assigned to its present place and rank by Pope Innocent XI in 1683 in thanksgiving to God and the Blessed Virgin for the liberation of Vienna, France and the signal victory over the Turks on 12 September 1683. It is the titular feast of the Society of Mary (Marianists) and of the Congregation of the Oblates of Mary Immaculate.

Their birthday gift to Mama Mary is their membership to Legion of Mary!

ISJAI Junior Legion of Mary's first meeting took place on Friday, September 8! There are 10 students from JHS, 7 from SHS, 1 from the elementary department, and 2 teachers, including the moderator. They prayed the Tesera and the Rosary together. Their Praesidium name is Our Lady of Intercession, and they are looking forward to their next meeting and getting started with their Legion work! Meetings take place every Friday from 2:40 pm–3:40 pm in Grade 8–St. Bernadette's classroom.
