📖 Satan’s Tactics — Matthew 4:4–11

Satan comes to Jesus with three clever tactics: he appeals to physical needs by urging Him to turn stones into bread, he tempts with pride by daring Him to test God’s protection, and he offers power and glory in exchange for worship. Yet Jesus overcomes every temptation the same way—with God’s Word. He shows us that our true life comes not from what we want, but from every word that proceeds from God. We are not to test the Lord or trade His presence for anything the world offers. When we stand firm and declare, “It is written,” the enemy flees and God strengthens us. Let us hold fast to Scripture, for it is our weapon, our shield, and our victory in every battle. 🙏
