Word of Wisdom

Psalm 88:1 (ESV)
“O LORD, God of my salvation, I cry out day and night before You.”

Word of Wisdom:
Faith is revealed by persistent prayer, especially in times of suffering.

The psalmist acknowledges God as his Savior and continually cries out to Him despite deep distress. This teaches that true faith seeks God without ceasing, trusting Him even when circumstances are painful and His answers seem delayed.

Message:
God is our only true source of salvation and hope. In every trial, we should continually turn to Him in prayer.

Lesson:
Remain faithful in prayer during difficult seasons, knowing that God hears every sincere cry and remains worthy of your trust.

When trials come, continue praying and trust God as your unfailing source of salvation.

Word of Wisdom

If you confess with your mouth, ‘Jesus is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.” (Romans 10:9–10)

True salvation is received through sincere faith in the risen Christ and expressed through an open confession of His lordship.

Paul teaches that salvation comes through faith in Jesus Christ, not through human works. Believing in the heart that Jesus was raised from the dead brings justification before God, while confessing Jesus as Lord demonstrates genuine faith. Heart belief and public confession together reflect a true and living relationship with Christ.

Message:
God offers salvation to everyone who sincerely trusts in Jesus Christ and acknowledges Him as Lord.

Lesson:
Saving faith is both inwardly genuine and outwardly evident. Believers are called to trust Christ wholeheartedly and boldly profess Him before others.
