Vacation Bible School 2025
“Be a Light in this World”
This past week, we were able to reach out to a few of the families in our village and we had 15 children in attendance including 5 parents! We broke them up into groups by age and they were each taught the Word of God with different teachings and applications that were appropriate for their age. Some of the activities included coloring, crossword puzzles, answering bible questions, learning action songs, memorizing bible verses, and receiving rewards for being able to repeat them. We were also able to bless them with a few snacks and drinks, which we know they were very grateful for as well. At the end, we had a mini “graduation” for them, where we awarded the children for their commitment and dedication to learning and receiving Gods Word.
Our VBS theme was “Be a Light in this World”. Please pray with us that these children will take what they learned and use it in their lives to go out and Be a Light for Christ. We also pray that God will now take the seeds that were planted in them and allow them to grow.
