CharityPhilippines.org (CPO) recently held a strategic planning meeting where its staff set goals to be achieved by the end of 2026. These goals include expanding outreach, enhancing partnerships, and improving program effectiveness. The strategic plan aims to ensure that CPO continues to support NGOs involved in poverty alleviation, elderly care, education, health, disaster response, and other critical causes across the country. CPO is registered with and licensed by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

'I GAVE UP BASKETBALL TO FOLLOW JESUS.' 🙏

Houston forward AJ Griffin has announced his decision to step away from basketball at the age of 21 to pursue full-time ministry.

Griffin was drafted 16th overall by the Atlanta Hawks in the 2022 NBA Draft before being traded to the Rockets in exchange for 43rd overall pick Nikola Durisic from the Miami Heat.

Did you know that climate change isn’t just making the Philippines very hot? It's also putting bees in danger! If we lose bees, we could lose the majority of our food supply because they pollinate 70% of the plants that feed over 90% of the world!

This is why CharityPhilippines.org supports International Day for Biological Diversity, observed annually on May 22nd. This special day, established by the United Nations, reminds all of us of the importance of protecting Earth's rich life forms and ecosystems and their role in providing us with food, medicine, and clean air and water.

The Blessed Community of Persons with Disability Inc. (BCPD), based in Tadiangan, Tuba, Benguet, was formed as a response to the lockdown-induced financial struggles of visually impaired massage therapists during the early months of the COVD-19 pandemic. They formally established BCPD in August 2022, and started out making and selling liquid detergent and macrame products. They withstood several setbacks, but still stand today as a testament to the power of unity and perseverance.
