Isa ka makapadasig kag puno sang talento nga adlaw ang natapos para sa mga pamatan-on sang Nanay Lourdes! 💙

Sa aga, nag init ang kompetisyon sa finals sang volleyball kag basketball diin ginpakita sang tagsa ka team ang ila kusog, disiplina, kag teamwork.

Sa hapon naman, nagpasiklaban ang mga participants sa spoken poetry kag festival dance pinaagi sa ila talento, creativity, kag passion. 🎤💃

Kag sa gab-i, ginpatigayon ang awarding ceremony bilang pagkilala sa tanan nga naghatag sang ila pinakamaayo para sa sini nga DAGYOUNG 2026. 🏆

Congratulations sa tanan nga pamatan-on sang Nanay Lourdes nga nagdaog kag nagpartisipar! Ang inyo dedikasyon amo ang tunay nga kadalag-an. 💖

Nagpakita sang ila tagsa ka abilidad, talento, kag determinasyon ang mga kabataan ni Nay Lourdes nga mga nagrepresentar sang aton simbahan. Sa kada hampang kag kompetisyon, makita gid ang gugma, pagpakig-upod, kag liderato sang kabataan. 💙

Ginbuksan ang adlaw pinaagi sa makabugal nga parade sang mga nagkalain-lain nga youth nga nasakop sang Vicariate sang Bago, nga puno sang unity, excitement, kag pagtuo. ✨

Mas ginpabaskog pa gid ini sang pagsindi sang torch nga ginrepresentahan ni Charlotte Baldevarona, kag sa flag raising competition nga aton gid ginpangibabawan bilang 1st Place pinaagi sa pagpanguna nila Jovan Delos Santos kag Dodge Lenard Cadusale! 🏆🇻🇦

Nagsugod naman dayon ang main sports events pareho sang Volleyball Girls and Men kag Basketball, samtang ang iban nag-enjoy man sa mga Larong Pinoy nga naghatag dugang kasadya kag camaraderie sa tagsa ka youth. 🏐🏀🎉

Isa pa lamang ini ka sugod sang mas madamo nga memories, friendship, kag pagpakita sang gugma kag compassion bilang isa ka pamilya sang kabataan sang Simbahan.

Ginbuksan ini paagi sa isa ka balaan nga Santos nga Misa nga ginpangunahan sang aton Mass Celebrant nga si Rev. Fr. Micheal Castidad halin sa Parish of Bago, kaupod man ang aton pari nga si Rev. Fr. Rafael Baja kag ang iban pa nga mga pari nga sakop sang Vicariate of Bago. 🙏

Sa sini nga pagtililipon, padayon naton nga ipakita ang pagtuo, pagpakig-upod, kag gugma bilang isa ka kabataan sang Simbahan. 💙

JANUARY 2025 OVERVIEW

In the first part of January we continue to rejoice and celebrate Christ's coming at Bethlehem and in our hearts. We have the wonderful feasts of Mary, Mother of God, where we honor Mary's highest title, and then we follow the Magi to the crib as they bring their gifts of gold, frankincense and myrrh on Epiphany. Finally we reach the culmination of this season with the Baptism of Our Lord by St. John the Baptist. With a touch of sadness we take down our decorations and enter into the liturgical period known as Ordinary Time where we will devote ourselves to the mystery of Christ in its entirety.

This is a time of growth and an opportunity to allow the dignity of Sunday to shine forth prolonging the joy of Easter and Pentecost.

The Memorials of St. John Neumann (January 5) and Sts. Timothy and Titus (January 26) are superseded by the Sunday liturgy.
