When God moves, it often shatters our comfort zones by revealing how wildly different His ways are from our own.

While we often expect transformation to require good preaching, God used a deeply flawed prophet and a few simple words to completely turn the hearts of Nineveh toward Him. It serves as a powerful reminder that it is ultimately Godโ€™s intervention, not our delivery, that truly changes lives.

This story forces us to rethink our expectations of both God's methods and His boundless love. It challenges us to confront an uncomfortable but beautiful truth: What if Godโ€™s radical grace extends just as deeply to the people we consider our enemies?

When we stop placing limits on how and who He can save, we finally begin to see the true depth of His heart.

Last week, we reflected on the passage from Gospel of Luke where Jesus was brought before Pontius Pilate and falsely accused of causing trouble and claiming to be a king. Even in the face of these accusations, Jesus remained calm and patient showing courage and dignity during suffering.

This reminds us about the importance of truth, justice, and standing firm in what is right. Pilate knew Jesus was innocent, yet he allowed fear and public pressure to influence his actions. This teaches us that we should not let fear or the opinions of others prevent us from doing what is just and right.

A mother cannot pass on what she does not truly possess, as faith must first be genuine before it can become generational.

We, as children of God, believe more readily in what we see God do in our daily lives than in what we hear โ€” likewise with our children: our faith is best taught through how we live, love, and trust God every single day.

Mothers, your quiet faithfulness today is shaping tomorrowโ€™s generation. When you walk with God, you are not just raising children; you are building a legacy of faith that can outlive you and generations to come. Last week, we heard about Genesis 22, when God called Abraham to offer his son, Isaac.

Sometimes it leaves us with a quiet question, kaya ko ba โ€˜yun? If something so precious was given to me, would I be willing to surrender it back?

There are moments when following God brings tension, when it doesnโ€™t make sense, and it feels costly.

Yet even in the uncertainty, the Lord is still worthy to be followed. Not because itโ€™s easy and that we understand everything, but because He is faithful and trustworthy beyond what we can see.

Abrahamโ€™s story reminds us that obedience is not about having complete clarity, but having complete trust in Him.
