Many of our church members have been long-time listeners of 702 DZAS, the AM radio station operated by the Far East Broadcasting Company (FEBC). In the early '80s, songs produced by Papuri!, FEBC’s music arm, were regularly sung in CYF gatherings and musical events held by our church during special occasions. This coming June 6, 2026, FEBC will be celebrating its 78th anniversary—which means the station is just about a year younger than UCCP Anabu. Those who wish to join the celebration can do so by watching the livestream or going to the venue. See the details below.

Kapag masyado nating iniisip ang opinyon, kritisismo, o pagtanggap ng ibang tao, para tayong nakakulong sa isang bitag (snare). Ang takot na ma-judge o hindi magustuhan ng iba ay nagdudulot ng labis na stress, pagkabalisa, at kung minsan ay pumipigil sa atin na gawin ang tama. Itinuturo sa Kawikaan na sa halip na sa opinyon o ingay sa ating paligid tayo makinig, sa Diyos tayo magtiwala—sa Kanyang pananaw at plano—nang sa gayon tayo ay mapapanatag.

Ayon sa turo ng Bibliya, ang laman at ang Espiritu ay magkalaban. Ang pamumuhay ayon sa laman ay nagbubunga ng pagkasira ng buhay, relasyon, at espirituwal na estado ng tao.

Sa kabilang banda, ang kabaligtaran sa mga pagnanasa ng laman ay ang Bunga ng Espiritu (Galacia 5:22-23), na kinabibilangan ng pag-ibig, kagalakan, kapayapaan, pagtitiyaga, kagandahang-loob, kabutihan, katapatan, kaamuan, at pagpipigil sa sarili.
