What a joy it is to see these pillars of the house gathered, not for worldly pleasures nor for vices, but rather for prayer and fellowship—lifting one another and encouraging one another as brothers in the Lord!

As Scripture says, "How good and pleasant it is when God's people live together in unity!" (Psalm 133:1). "Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing." (1 Thessalonians 5:11).

Memento mori: "To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord!" (2 Corinthians 5:8) In our sorrow, we also rejoice as we celebrate the homegoing of Engr. Jonathan Agudana. While our hearts grieve, we hold fast to the hope that those who place their trust in the Lord, though they may die, will live eternally. "Jesus said to her, 'I am the resurrection and the life. The one who believes in me will live, even though they die; and whoever lives by believing in me will never die'" (John 11:25-26).

Today, we mourn his passing, yet we find comfort in the promise of resurrection. "The Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first" (1 Thessalonians 4:16).

Rest well, Engr. Jonathan. Good night for now, but we know we will see you in the morning. "He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain" (Revelation 21:4).

Total Dependency on God! 03/08/24

At approximately 2:45 pm, Kigsmen gathered at Lift Jesus Higher Central for an afternoon of fellowship, embarking on a journey to Brother Edgar and Sister Claire Lacson's place in Granada. Brother Jerry Canete led the singing of worship songs and initiated with a heartfelt prayer by Brother Danny Dollosa. The session further flourished with a sharing session thoughtfully facilitated by Pastor Elmer, fostering a sense of community and devotion amongst the brethren.
