🌷 SANTACRUZAN 2026 – An Afternoon of Faith and Beauty 🌷

In the afternoon of May 31, 2026, we witnessed the solemn and joyful celebration of the Santacruzan, highlighting devotion and tradition in honor of the Holy Cross.

The program began with the 1:00 PM Eucharistic Mass, followed by the Coronation of Reina Elena, Constantine, Imperatrix, and Angel of May. The event continued with a graceful parade showcasing beauty, faith, and tradition as we honored the rich cultural and religious heritage of Flores de Mayo. The celebration concluded at 4:30 PM as participants and guests went home with hearts full of gratitude, joy, and blessings.

🌸 Flores de Mayo 2026 Culminating Activity – Morning Celebration 🌸

Last Sunday, May 31, 2026, we joyfully gathered for the Culminating Activity of Flores de Mayo, a day filled with prayer, unity, and thanksgiving.

MORNING ACTIVITIES
The celebration began with the 8:00 AM Eucharistic Mass, followed by the Program Proper at the Parish Canopy.

The morning highlights included the welcome remarks, reading of guidelines for different contests, introduction of judges, orientation for slogan making, poster making, and quiz bowl, and the contest proper.

At 11:30 AM, the awarding of winners took place, followed by the distribution of school supplies. The morning ended with a meaningful Unity Lunch, where everyone shared food and fellowship in the spirit of generosity and community.

Thank you to all who shared their blessings during the Unity Lunch. Your kindness made the gathering more meaningful.

5th Annual Fiesta Celebration in Honor of Señor San Isidro Labrador

With hearts full of gratitude and joy, we celebrated the 5th Annual Fiesta of Parroquia de San Isidro Labrador, Cansuje, Argao, Cebu on May 23, 2026.

The celebration was highlighted by the Pontifical Mass at 10:00 AM, presided over by Rev. Fr. Dindo C. Yosores, together with all parishioners and devotees of Señor San Isidro Labrador. We extend our sincere appreciation to our Mass Stewards, Jose Jr. and Lorefil Castañares, for their generosity and support in making this celebration meaningful and successful.

As we honor our beloved patron, we thank all parishioners, devotees, sponsors, volunteers, mandated organizations, chapel communities, and benefactors whose dedication and cooperation contributed to the success of this year's fiesta celebration.

The festivities continued with the much-awaited Coronation Night.

Day 9 Novena Mass with Confirmation | 5th Annual Fiesta Celebration

Last Friday, we joyfully celebrated the Ninth Day of the Novena Mass in preparation for the upcoming 5th Annual Fiesta Celebration of Parroquia de San Isidro Labrador, Cansuje, Argao, Cebu.

The celebration was made even more special through the Sacrament of Confirmation, presided over by Msgr. Rogelio T. Fuentes during the 10:00 AM Holy Mass. We give thanks to God for the newly confirmed faithful who received the gifts of the Holy Spirit and strengthened their commitment to the Catholic faith.

Our heartfelt gratitude goes to our Hermana/Hermano (Stewards), Marissa and Marielle Ann Alberca.

Day 8 Novena Mass & Special Events | 5th Annual Fiesta Celebration

Last Thursday, we joyfully celebrated the Eighth Day of the Novena Mass in preparation for the upcoming 5th Annual Fiesta Celebration of Parroquia de San Isidro Labrador, Cansuje, Argao, Cebu.

The day began with our special community service event featuring FREE Haircut, Manicure, and Pedicure, bringing smiles and care to many parishioners. We are grateful to all volunteers who generously shared their time and talents in service to the community.

We were also honored by the arrival of Most Rev. Alberto S. Uy, D.D., whose visit was marked by a meaningful Tree Planting Activity at the Cemetery Grounds together with all Mandated Organizations and Barangay Officials. This was followed by the Blessing of the Adoration Chapel, a significant milestone for our parish community.

At 10:00 AM, the faithful gathered for the Solemn Eucharistic Celebration presided over by Most Rev. Alberto S. Uy, D.D. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our Hermana/Hermano, Dr. Isabelo & Mrs. Juliet Montejo and Mrs. Marilyn Whitaker.

Last Wednesday, we successfully celebrated the Seventh Day of the Novena Mass in preparation for the upcoming 5th Annual Fiesta Celebration of Parroquia de San Isidro Labrador, Cansuje, Argao, Cebu.
