Why should we never seek validation from others about ourselves?

Understanding and recognizing one's own worth is important. Not only does it build self-confidence, but it also prevents others from controlling how we feel about ourselves.

People who seek validation are often those who have self-doubts. They tend to focus on their flaws, and are insecure about how they look, behave, or love their life. So when they seek validation from others, they can be deeply affected by their positive or negative responses, sometimes to the point of not being able to accept themselves.

Be confident no matter who you are, how you look, or what phase of life you're in. Those you seek recognition from are not flawless either; just accept yourself. You don't need to ask anyone else to feel that you are good enough.

I heard someone say a few days ago, “See, that just goes to show you that you can raise your kids in church all you want to, but……” and it literally shattered my heart. All because that kid had made a mistake. All because that kid’s sin was brought to light.

Let me just tell you…… We don’t raise our kids in church so they can grow up perfect. We don’t raise our kids in church because it magically makes them unable to sin or holier-than-thou.

We do however raise our kids in church so WHEN they mess up and WHEN they fall short, they know just who to run to. So they know that their Lord and Savior will NEVER leave nor forsake them no matter how big or small their mess up might be.

So they know their Heavenly Father will always leave the 99 if they are that ONE that needs saving.
So they will know what grace is like and give it out freely.

So they will know the unconditional love of their Father and love those around them just the same regardless of anything else.

So they know that there is absolutely NOTHING in this world they could do that our Saviors blood hasn’t already covered.

I will never apologize for raising my children in church. I will never apologize for making sure our family makes church a priority over anything else. Because it’s more than just a song and a sermon. It’s more than just a memorized Bible verse in Sunday School. It’s for when this cruel world we live in comes knocking on their door, they personally know the solid rock on which they stand.

The devil knows the wounds of our past and he will try and wound us in the same place. Spiritual wounds are our honour wounds. These wounds will teach us more about ourselves and the mercy of God than the good times will. Constantly refresh yourselves by spending time with God: His Word, His presence, His promises. We look back at the many times we have been on the brink of despair and yet God delivered us.

2 Corinthians 4:17 reminds us: “For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory”

Heavenly Father, thank You for encouraging me and giving me the strength to keep going in the hard times. Please help me to keep growing in You. Show me how to endure, no matter what the devil tries to do to discourage me. In Jesus precious name. Amen

The people who sincerely and truly cares and love you will be blatantly real and hard on you. They will tell you directly when you're messing up, or when you're going down the wrong path. They may not always be nice in telling you when you're wrong or how you should do things and certainly not in the way you want to hear it and not the things you only want to hear. Why? Coz it's coming from a place of sincere concern and love to your well being. They're the people who truly loves you. Love is not about feeling good all the time, it's about supporting each other through good and alot of bad times and working together to become better people. So cherish those kind of people in your life who loves you enough to be so honest with you. They are only few and hard to find nowadays..... ❤️

Most of the time were putting more faith in man than we put more faith in the Lord. Like we wait for man's approval, for their email, for their validation, for their text or call, for recommendation ir acceptance, whatever we have and whatever that is. We wait for people to tell us we're doing good or we look good and acceptable. Lets stop and cancel that attitude, let's stop leaning on that and rely instead to the King which is Christ Jesus. He's got the whole world in His hand. Let's put all our worries and anxieties, and needs in HIM and declare that He may have His way in our life. Let's heal through Him on all the areas in our life that needs healing be it finances, relationship, health, job, faith.... may all people be free from any form of suffering ❤️

Learn to appreciate simple things in life. Kapag natutunan mong maappreciate ung mga maliit na bagay sa buhay mo, doon mo marerealize na masarap talaga mabuhay. Learn to be grateful and thankful everyday for all the things in your life. Thank You Lord for all the blessings and favor, healings and miracles in my life. Godbless us all. Nite2 ❤
