THROUGH THE STORM: Testing Your Faith in God
"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you." - Deuteronomy 31:6
Gospel: Luke 4: 1-13
This month's assembly delivered to the youths the significance of knowing that the challenges, struggles, mistakes, disappointments, and unseen battles are the way of God to test our Faith in Him, and to make us know and feel that it is His will to be much closer in His presence. After all the hardship we have faced, the marks He left us are that we are strong enough to conquer the battles He has given us. And, chapter B remembered that nothing is impossible with Him, in Him, and through Him.
The Gospel taught us that despite the temptation of the devil that comes near us, we should always remember and know that it is written that "You shall worship the Lord your God, and Him alone shall you serve."
