LET US PRAY.

Lord Jesus,
when my heart is troubled, help me trust in You.
You are the way, the truth, and the lifeโ€”lead me closer to the Father each day.
Help me see You more clearly and follow You faithfully.
Use my life to do good and bring others to You.
Amen.

21 April | Pope Francis' 1st Death Anniversary

Beloved Angelites, today we remember with gratitude the life and legacy of Pope Francis, a shepherd who led the Church with humility, compassion, and a deep love for the poor and the marginalized.

Born Jorge Mario Bergoglio, he was elected as Pope on March 13, 2013, becoming the first Jesuit and the first Latin American pontiff. His papacy was marked by strong advocacy for mercy, care for creation, social justice, and a preferential love for the poor, consistently calling the world back to compassion and simplicity.

We also recall with joy his historic visit to the Philippines in 2015, where he stood in solidarity with victims of Typhoon Yolanda and strengthened the faith of millions of Filipinos through his presence and message of hope.

He passed away this day in 2025 after years of health challenges, leaving behind a Church renewed in its mission of mercy and a world deeply touched by his witness.

May we continue to pray for his soul to rest in God's eternal peace.

Lord, as we walk through our own journeys, open our eyes to recognize You in our midst.

In moments of confusion and doubt, stay with us and set our hearts ablaze with Your Word.

May we find You in the breaking of the bread and carry Your light wherever we go.

Amen.

Before we turn the page to a new chapter, we take a moment to look backโ€”with grateful hearts and tearful smiles.

All the late nights, silent prayers, struggles, and victories have led us here. And now, we place everything in His handsโ€”our dreams, our fears, and the future we are about to face.

Matthew 5:9 | Blessed are the Peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God

The Church, faithful to her mission, does not remain silent in times of war, but courageously proclaims the Gospel: defending life, upholding truth, and calling all nations to peace, for her voice is not political, but profoundly moral.

In this season of the Risen Christ, may we stand with the Holy Father, Pope Leo, in his call for peace, dialogue, and compassion in a world shaken by conflict.

In response to this call, the Catholic Bishopsโ€™ Conference of the Philippines (CBCP) has also urged dioceses nationwide to hold prayer vigils, uniting Filipino faithful with the global Church in praying for peace through the Eucharist, the Rosary, and the Holy Mass.

Like our patrons, the Holy Guardian Angels, may we, Angelites, stand firm in defending peaceโ€”choosing understanding over hatred, and mercy over conflict.

As followers of Christ, we hold firm to His words: โ€œBlessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of Godโ€ (Matthew 5:9).

When we struggle to believe, remind us that Your love is always present, calling us to trust in You.

Amen.

12 April | Sunday of Divine Mercy

Dear Angelites, today we celebrate Divine Mercy Sunday, a sacred invitation to trust fully in the boundless mercy of Jesus Christ, who loves us beyond our sins and failures.

This devotion was revealed to St. Faustina Kowalska, and Jesus specifically asked for the Sunday after Easter to be dedicated to His Divine Mercy, reminding us that โ€œthe greater the sinner, the greater the right he has to My mercy.โ€

Let us pray:

God of everlasting mercy, who in the very recurrence of the paschal feast kindle the faith of the people you have made your own, increase, we pray, the grace you have bestowed, that all may grasp and rightly understand in what font they have been washed, by whose Spirit they have been reborn, by whose Blood they have been redeemed. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever.

PRAYER FOR PEACE

Dear Angelites, in this joyful season of Easter, when we proclaim the victory of life over death, we are called to be instruments of Christโ€™s peace in a world wounded by conflict.

Amid rising tensions between nations, let us turn to prayer, trusting that true peace is found in dialogue, reconciliation, and love.

In unity with the Holy Fatherโ€™s call for paths of peace and dialogue, we invite the Angelite community to continue praying for peace. May the Holy Spirit descend upon world leaders, that they may choose wisdom over war and courage in pursuing lasting peace.

We also pray for our nation, the Philippines, that our leaders may act with prudence and compassion in responding to this crisis, mindful of the many Filipinos whose lives and welfare are deeply affected.

Lord, make me an instrument of Your peace.
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
and where there is sadness, joy.

May the Risen Christ guide our world toward peace. Alleluia!

I Kristo, Sinubli yang Mebie! Alleluia, Alleluia!

5 April | Easter Sunday of the Resurrection of the Lord

Dear Angelites, today we rejoice in the Resurrection of Christโ€”the triumph of life over death and hope over despair. In His rising, we are reminded that no darkness is greater than His light, and no suffering is beyond His power to renew and redeem.

As we celebrate this victory, let us be united in prayer for peace, especially for the War in the Middle East. May the Risen Lord bring healing, reconciliation, and new life to every nation.

Laus Deo Semper!

[๐ˆ๐ ๐๐‡๐Ž๐“๐Ž๐’] We paused today to walk with Christ in His journey of love and sacrifice.

Earlier at Holy Angel University, we gathered as one community to reflect on the Stations of the Crossโ€”remembering that beyond our struggles, there is purpose, grace, and redemption.

May this Holy Week remind us that every hardship we carry has meaning when we carry it with Him.
