Missionary Sisters of Mary (MSM)

Missionary Sisters of Mary (MSM) Our Charism: Compassion and solidarity with the poor and all of creation. This is our contribution to the Church.

MARIAN SPIRITUALITY:
Our spirituality is that of Mary's, in her journey with Christ from Incarnation to His Passion, Death, resurrection and throughout the life of the Church. Mary's affinity with the Anawim in her time, made her proclaim in her prophetic voice, "He has cast down the mighty from their thrones and lifted up the lowly. He filled the hungry with good things and sent the rich empty"(L

k. 1:54-53) We echo this Magnificat as we joyfully and faithfully take the side of the poo (MSM Constitution #8). Our Marian Spirituality urges us to rediscover and enflesh the prophetic qualities of Mary within the context of the societal and cosmic realities.
