Do not despise the little you have. When you place it into the hands of God with faith and obedience, He has the power to multiply it beyond what you can imagine.
A little oil fed a prophet, five loaves and two fish fed thousands, and a small seed grows into a mighty tree. God does not ask for what you do not have — He asks for your willingness, your trust, and your surrender. Give Him your little, and watch Him turn it into a blessing for many.

With all the ongoing talks around the PNG Chiefs, it was exciting for us to be part of a conversation that brought the story even closer to the people.

We were recently asked to help film the very first episode of Toktok Footy Podcast with Lawrence Lahari, featuring PNG Chiefs CEO Lorna McPherson and PNG Chiefs General Manager Michael Chammas.

This shoot was done in collaboration with Elsonkay bringing together a strong creative team to capture both the podcast and behind-the-scenes moments.

Morning TokTru family,

Just thought to share three [3] foundational principles of Christian leadership that are deeply rooted in Scripture and practical for real-life leadership:

1. Servant Leadership (Lead by Serving)

- Christian leadership is not about position or power—it’s about serving others with humility.
- “Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant.” – Matthew 20:26
- Jesus Himself modeled this by washing His disciples’ feet (John 13).

Application:
- A true Christian leader puts people first, lifts others up, and leads with a heart to serve—not to be served.

2. Integrity and Character (Be Before You Do)

- Leadership in God’s Kingdom flows from who you are, not just what you do.
- “The integrity of the upright guides them.” – Proverbs 11:3
- God values character over charisma.

Application:
- Live consistently—privately and publicly. Your life should reflect Christ in your words, decisions, and actions.

3. Vision and Obedience to God (Lead with Purpose)

- Christian leaders are called to follow God’s direction and lead others into His purpose.
- “Where there is no vision, the people perish.” – Proverbs 29:18
- Leaders must hear from God and walk in obedience.

Application:
- Seek God in prayer and His Word. Lead with clarity, direction, and faith, even when the path is not easy.
